I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing…read more I brought my hard drive in for data recovery and was initially told it would only take a short time. Instead, the process dragged on for months. During that time, I had to constantly reach out for updates because I was almost never contacted first. Between text messages and more than 20 phone calls, I was repeatedly given new completion dates that were never met. Almost every conversation ended with another reason for the delay--whether it was recovery errors, replacement chips, syncing devices, transfer issues, emergency closures, waiting on parts, or being told it would be finished "tomorrow," "in a few hours," or "in a couple more days." Unfortunately, those promises kept getting pushed back. I understand that data recovery is complex and that unexpected problems can happen. My frustration isn't that the recovery was difficult--it's the lack of honest communication and realistic expectations. If the job was going to take months, I would have appreciated being told that from the beginning instead of repeatedly hearing that it was almost finished. I spent months following up through texts and over 20 phone calls, often being told I'd receive a callback that never came. I even rearranged my schedule multiple times to pick up the drive, only to find out it still wasn't ready. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If you decide to use them, be prepared for significant delays and make sure you get realistic timelines before leaving your equipment with them.

SCAMMERS We went to…read morethis place because the reviews were very good and it was close to my house. We brought my mom's iPhone 14 Pro Max in to have the battery replaced. Unfortunately, I'm extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. After about 45 minutes, my mom picked up the phone and came outside. I immediately noticed something was wrong. The screen looked completely different from the original. They had replaced the original OLED display with a very cheap aftermarket LCD screen without telling us that they had damaged the original. I went back inside and told the owner that this was not the screen that was originally on the phone. He didn't seem surprised at all. He said the original screen had been damaged, but nobody had told us about this when we picked up the phone. The owner then told me he would get an OEM screen by the next day and replace it. We came back the following day, and his employees were there. Unfortunately, the replacement screen was still aftermarket and was not a genuine Apple OEM display. I specifically asked multiple times whether the replacement would be recognized as a genuine Apple part and whether there would be an "Unknown Part" notification. I was repeatedly told that it would show as an authentic Apple part. No surprise, it didn't. The phone still showed an "Unknown Part" notification for the screen. They then told me I would have to leave my mom's phone with them so they could send it somewhere to have the unknown-part issue removed. At this point, I no longer trusted them with the phone, so I decided to take the loss and leave. On top of everything else, the replacement battery they installed has been performing terribly. It actually seems to die faster than the original Apple battery that was already in the phone for approximately four years. Based on its performance, I have serious concerns about the quality of the replacement battery they installed. What also bothered me was that they didn't even offer any kind of discount or compensation for the inconvenience. I asked if they could lower the price I had already paid for the battery replacement considering what had happened, and they said absolutely not. Now my mom's phone has both an "Unknown Part" notification for the battery and an "Unknown Part" notification for the screen. The worst part of this entire experience is that they damaged my mom's original genuine Apple screen and then tried to act like it was no big deal. If they had simply been honest with us from the beginning, this review would have been completely different. I understand that accidents happen. What I don't understand is damaging an original part, failing to tell the customer, installing an aftermarket replacement, repeatedly assuring the customer that the replacement was genuine when it wasn't, installing a battery that has performed worse than the four-year-old original, and then refusing to offer even a partial refund or discount for the inconvenience. I would not step foot in here again.

They fixed my iPhone 7plus since I had dropped the phone and broke the screen, two weeks later,…read moredropped it again and they fixed it for free with the warranty. Extremely happy!! I also checked the prices everywhere in the mall and these folks were at least $30 to $50 cheaper than all others.

The warranty is useless. I brought my phone in and they repaired it. During the reinstall of the…read morescreen the guy had a hard time seating the new screen but finally got it. A few days later I noticed a a small stress fracture in the glass at the bottom of the screen. A small u shape. Then my screen started separating from the case. I never really noticed it separating because I always keep it in a leather fold over case. When I brought it back in I asked the girl if I could watch. Her response was "no, because I need my space." You're on a pagoda in a mall... Whatever, I went for a tea. She glued the screen back and I left. Now when I text my phone starts pressing the space bar, the return bar, and some of the letters next to them. I have to back out and wait a while before I can start back up. I took it back today and was told they could not warranty it because of the small fracture. The girl who repaired the screen separation was there so I asked why she repaired when it was there. She said she didn't remember me. That's not true, she knew who I was when I called on the phone not even an hour before. The stress fracture happened during the first install when the guy forced the screen on, that's why it separated from the case. The keys press themselves also because the screen was installed incorrectly. You can go there and pay $160ish for a new screen but there is no guarantee that it'll be done correctly. Save your money and go somewhere where the person working on your phone actually owns the business. Not some kid who could care less about the quality of the work and who "needs space" because probably if you witnessed the work done to your phone you'd object. I'll try and post a picture of the stress fracture.
