I have used this place several tim in the past with no issue. this visit has me never going back or referring anyon. so I took my phone to be fixed, I knew the chances of it being fixed were slim but the young man told me it should be no problem. 240 for the front glass and 150 for the back (told 3hrs to fix) He calls in 1 hr and says the phone is ready. also he says that the back glass could not be repaired because the the frame was to bent ( but I still owed him 240 for the front glass). I asked why he fixed the front glass if the frame was too bent, why not call and ask if I still wanted it due to the frame situation. Upon picking up my phone he told me that he could remove the front glass or i could bring my phone back and leave it over night and he could put my internals in a new frame for the same price. So I chose to bring it back and leave it over night with them. I called the next day and they said sorry we cannot fix as their frame was not compatible with my phone. Upon picking it up, my phone will not even get a satellite signal It has a symbol in the top right corner. I could not get refund for the screen I paid 240 for and cannot use. He said I could leave it with him and he could send it out to have someone Else look at it to figure out why there is a satellite symbol in the corner and will not get service. Had them fix a shattered screen on the back of my phone. Got it back within 1 hr and 45 mins, but then a black screen appeared on my phone. Went back to get it fixed and they did a good job and it was fast and free. The new screen has a small dot on it too but it's not as big as the other one, almost like a tip of the needle size. After buying a new phone I visited this store to buy a case and a screen protector, they talked me into buying a liquid screen protector for $100.00 along with a discount it case as a combo. The liquid protector they swear up and down will be against scratches and cracks. A month later I saw some deep scratches, they told me that the warranty only covers cracks. They did a pretty decent job on my cracked Iphone. It was inexpensive and quick. It took him about 20 minutes to complete and was about $70.00. The only thing that I didn't like was one if the store members offered me a deal to purchase a new case but the other employee wouldn't honor it. read more

I didn't do anything to my phone, no dropping, no water damage, nothing. During the last few days of my 30 day warantee, my phone started acting up. My screen lcd had weird things going on and my phone clicked thing by itself. So I went back and asked nicely for a repair and they said no . I showed them the damages and the guy "claiming to be the manager" said my phone had to be worse than that to get it fixed. I had excellent service today! I called and spoke with Moses, told him I was on a tight schedule, he was finishing up another customers phone when I walked in. A few minutes later he was done and fixed my phone in about 15 mins, I have insurance with T-Mobile who wanted to charge 100 and this was a great deal at the Fix ! I left my Apple computer for a diagnostic to determine if it could be repaired. They said they would give me the results in 1 day, then 2 days then a week later I still didn't have an answer. I had to go to store every day, they do not answer phone calls, to insist on giving me the computer back. When I finally did get it back they gave me an old cord with broken wires! The one I owned & left with them was not even 6 months old. When I refused to accept that cord, they called me a liar and refused to give me my cord back.
