I needed my iPad fixed quickly and the Apple Store was far away so I took a gamble and lost. While the charging port was replaced; they ended up creating a sound issue. Before I get to the sound issue; I was quoted one price of $135 and then picked up my iPad and was told $165 + tax. Ok paid that, despite being told wrong information. Noticed after the charging port was replaced, the sound was muffled and I called them the next day and they said they would look at it. The following day they said nothing was wrong with the sound but would cost $65 to diagnose the issue that was not present when I brought my iPad there. Now the sound does not even come out of the iPad. I still have to go to Apple now to get this issue resolved. COMPLETE SCAM

A few days later I noticed a a small stress fracture in the glass at the bottom of the screen. A small u shape. Then my screen started separating from the case. I never really noticed it separating because I always keep it in a leather fold over case. When I brought it back in I asked the girl if I could watch. Her response was "no, because I need my space." You're on a pagoda in a mall... Whatever, I went for a tea. She glued the screen back and I left. Now when I text my phone starts pressing the space bar, the return bar, and some of the letters next to them. I have to back out and wait a while before I can start back up. I took it back today and was told they could not warranty it because of the small fracture. The girl who repaired the screen separation was there so I asked why she repaired when it was there. She said she didn't remember me. That's not true, she knew who I was when I called on the phone not even an hour before. The stress fracture happened during the first install when the guy forced the screen on, that's why it separated from the case. The keys press themselves also because the screen was installed incorrectly. You can go there and pay $160ish for a new screen but there is no guarantee that it'll be done correctly. Save your money and go somewhere where the person working on your phone actually owns the business. Not some kid who could care less about the quality of the work and who "needs space" because probably if you witnessed the work done to your phone you'd object. I purchased a non-OEM screen for $225, by the end of the night I could no longer charge my phone with any charger, nor could I unlock my phone with finger printer, or facial recognition. I brought the phone back on 5/24 and asked for a full refund and return of my old screen, I would rather take my phone to someone who knows how to do repairs then waste time here. I walked away with a refund, but my screen is still in need of repair and my camera is broken now because of them I wouldn't seen an enemy to this place, its just not worth the hassle. And he had the nerve to tell me he threw away my broken screen only to reapply it later. Find somewhere else to go if you need a repair, they are just quoting high prices and putting on bad parts.
