went in originally because my screen turned white on my IPHONE 14 pro max and Apple quoted me $400 to fix it. They said they could fix my screen for $100. I took it in and after 30 minutes it was changed. Almost immediately after my display had a white spot, front camera was blurry and typing was not cohesive.I got home and called him and he said he would fix it and put on a better screen. I was confused as to why he wouldn't ha done that in the first place.He would change it no extra charge to the screen that was "supposed" to be on there. I also asked about changing my battery also because the battery life had diminished because I use it for work. He said he would order the battery and replace my screen again. My husband wanted to get his battery replaced also. We went the next day and got the screen replaced and batteries changed. Once walking out I realized my phone could no longer read my Face ID. I went back in and he changed it again. It's been a week and it's been soooo frustrating. My phone constantly overheats, my display barely recognizes taps, my battery won't stay charged at all and this phone is pretty much worthless. I'm now getting a new phone so it was a complete waste of time. If you have a cheap non import an t phone they can fix it but other than that just go to Apple and make sure to get Apple care. read more

So I got my phone fixed like a week ago, right? Cracks again cool, whatever, I go back to the same dude who told me, "You got 30 days, we'll fix it no problem." Bet. I pull up, and this man really tried me. Half-assed the repair. The back of my phone had gaps like it was missing pieces from a puzzle. I told him, "Look man, I'm not paying you the full $80. I already dropped $150 last week, and now it's worse. Plus you broke my camera lens and yeah, I got the video." So l handed him $20 being generous, honestly and this man deadass threw it on the floor like a child. I'm not even joking. Acting like I stole his lunch money. I'm standing there calm like, "Bro... Took my phone here recently seeing as I had shattered the back glass for my iPhone 14 Pro, I also asked for a possibility of a battery replacement for which he quoted me out an amazing price and it was nice and affordable and the quality of the work was amazing. He got it done efficiently and he also even went ahead and replaced my old screen protector which was cracked with a new one without charging me extra for the new replacement which I really appreciated. I would recommend coming here if phone repairs are needed seeing as the actual manufacturer can be expensive this is an amazing alternative seeing as it is affordable and he does amazing work. read more

iPhone had water damage so worker replaced screen. He said the home button wouldn't work and I wouldn't be able to use fingerprint to unlock. I accepted it. When I got home, I had this home button that would move all over the page and when I accidentally hit it, the window closed and I had to rewrite what I had already written. I found a quick fix online but it only lasted a few minutes. I took the phone back and the same tech did something to fix it and I left the store. When I got home it was back. I called the Mgr., Josh, and he told me that was happening because I don't have a home button so the phone is compensating for it. Since I left CA, I asked if Josh would pay another shop to fix the problem his shop caused but he refused. So I'm stuck with a perpetually floating home button that moves to where I am typing and closes the window. If I want to take a photo, it moves to the button you push to take a photograph and closes the window and you miss the shot. Terrible shoddy work and caused more problems to my phone that weren't there when I took it in. read more
