Hi friends. Welcome to the friendly..'Fix' phone store. Wow, I mean these folks were really friendly... Walking through the shopping mall, this young lady approaches me?.. No, she didn't want to rub lotion on my hand. But she was working the mall for The Fix. She stood in the middle of the mallway smiling and reeling in customers. This is a very inventive way to get new clientele. . Carrying the T-Mobile bag, I was the obvious mark. I had just gotten a new iPad for wifey and needed a new case. The sales girl Ilayda", was refreshingly knowledgeable assisting in my purchase. And also spoke to me about the needs of a good screen protector. It was also good to know of an outside outlet that could do repair on my phone equipment. They're also very knowledgeable about the technical side that you don't always get from your phone salesperson. I'm happy to have found this place. It's good to have an honest repair shop on speed dial when needed. I'll be seeing you nice folks again soon. read more

This place is the worst , I payed 250 for them to fix the back of my phone , fixed it but everything was cheap from the glass and the motherboard , the min I got my phone the battery and everything died I didn't had the chance to go back bc of family issues but when I called he told me he didn't had time to talk bc he had a customer when I was trying to see if he could change or fix the problem , also the back glass of my phone broke the min I took my case out . read more

I called the store before coming in and they answered which is not common with New York stores a lot of the time. I spoke with a guy named Aaron who was very helpful and told me the price to get my iPhone 8 + fixed. I came in the next day and they fixed it within 20 minutes which is crazy because other places told me it would be about an hour. They are also cheaper than every other store (I saved $30). I called and the other stores were very small stores so I would have expected them to be cheaper. Aaron also gave me a discount on a screen protector for my new iPhone max pro. I would recommend everybody to come here I love the store the customer service is awesome and they work fast and professionally. read more

The first time I went there to fix my daughters iPad screen it was on March 8th it's now May 14 and I've went back every month to get the screen fixed. I originally went in there just because her screen was cracked but it was working perfectly fine no problems. Since I've got it fixed on March 8th it has had many technological issues .. consistently glitching, changing the screens, pressing random buttons, or ghost touch.. I'm so mad that something that was an $80 fix has now turn into $500 new iPad.. if you can avoid going there please do. Go to someone who specializes in apple. read more

So I took my ph back after two days to them .. the guy on the counter was soo rude.. he told me show some yellow slip which they never told to keep or get if my screen is not working.. the guy on the counter instead of fighting could have searched on this billing iPad but NO he wants to be rude to his customers.. After I insisted he took my phone and told me to come after half and hour.. which I did.. after half and hour he just fooled me.. my screen wasn't fixed at all and my phone completely stopped working.. he thinks customers are fools because he didn't even remove my old screen as I could say with my screen guard... then he told to pay $300/- more to fix my motherboard ... but I knew the motherboard could not fail as the ph was ringing only screen was not responding... I went in to fix my iPad mini and my beother's iPad Pro. Worst decision of my life. The iPad mini had bad cracks in the screen when I first walked in to pick up my device they were rushing me to sign and pay also the screen was lifted and i couldn't touch anything. I should've asked for my money back at that point but I let them replace it and now I have a home button that doesn't work and a screen that barely reacts to my touch. For the iPad Pro I'm also having technical problems with it. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

They broke my IPhone and since I reside thousands of miles away they tell me to come back. I had a cracked screen was told to come back in twenty five minutes which I did. The young lady was trying to put it together and I waited ten minutes for that. I pay the $65 and by the time I get to Brooklyn I notice the phone is settled into the case. I call the store they say come back I return they tell me I need a new case and I'm lint the phone is not attaching to the bottom piece. Miko I think is his name says a phone case of $29 will solve it. I'm not a rocket scientist but serving in the military the case will hold the pieces together but not attach the phone parts. They then ask me to leave. Everything cheap ain't good I should have stuck with the Apple store at $125 . Paid for a service and now my product is in worse condition. read more

Disgusting customer service. My phone screen broke and I brought it to them to fix which they did not give me an apple certified screen. My phone then broke again a year later because of water damage from this faulty screen which they said they could fix but after they "fixed" it, it only lasted 2 weeks before it broke again. I was told to call back if any problems arise and when I did, they told me, after assessing the phone, they don't know who worked on the phone before but they messed with the parts (they were the only ones who worked on the phone). Then he (the manager of the store) proceeded to tell me "I don't care about what you have to say" after trying to explain that they were the ones who worked on the phone before. Also, they said I need to pay again to fix the phone again when it wasn't fixed in the first place. As a result, I lost 310 dollars to a phone they "fixed" but doesn't even turn on. read more

BAD FOR BUSINESS! I had a iPhone X, nothing was wrong with it and it worked perfectly fine. Only problem was that it had a cracked screen. Payed them $100 to add a new screen, 2 hours later the screen starts bleeding from the bottom and it leaves many black lines running through the screen. I take it back to them and they said that they could not do anything about it. The manager claimed "It was internal damage and that they could not do anything about it" The bleeding was caused by the LCD and it is connected to the screen. They were clearly lying to my face. They also claimed that the only thing that they could do was for me to pay another $100 for them to replace the screen. So I basically wasted $100 for them to mess up my phone. Everybody who works there is very rude and give nasty looks to all of there customers. They also do not do any social distancing, and the workers aren't helpful at all. I would not recommend this store to anybody. If you come here your wasting your time and money and will 100% have a better chance at a different location! read more
