Went in to see about getting my phone screen replaced the guy gave a reasonable price and told me it would be about 20 minutes. Dropped off my phone and came back when it was done. A gentleman told me that if I have any problems to come back. I had a concern about the phone turning off so I went back soon after and they were happy to help. Ran a quick test and told me that they would go ahead and replace the screen again and to come back in 10 minutes. I went back and the younger guy working even put on a screen protector with no cost to me for the inconvenience. They were very happy to take care of me and had excellent customer service! You could tell they really cared about me as a customer. I live a couple hours away but would be glad to come back for any repair/phone case. read more

I got here and the price increased to $700, I had no option to pay because I did not have a phone to get around and I am not from San Antonio. I was asked to pay in cash, I asked for a receipt the man said "why you don't trust me, I'll remember your face" I still proceeded to ask for a receipt. After the repair my phone would go black & not turn on for minutes straight. Today I returned because the screen started glitching and messing up again. I'm very disappointed with the service. The employee tried several different screen protectors before finally finding one that fit, taking 30 minutes for what should have been a 2-minute job. My phone still has bubbles, but I was tired of waiting, so I paid and left. I would not recommend their services. The biggest issue was that they use cheap, unlabeled protectors. I went there to get my charging port cleaned since my phone wouldnt charge properly. I was greeted at the front door and everything seemed normal. He got my phone went to the back and about 5 mins later came out and it charged! But then came the price. To clean a phone here it is over 60 almost 70 dollars. When i questioned it, he gave me a "discount" down to 50 bucks. Checked the receipt and it wasnt a discount it was a write in price. Was talking to the kiosk lady and was set on buying a case. She offered to throw in a screen protector in for free, I said ok sure that'd be great. She then offers me covers for my camera lens' I said sure thinking they wouldn't be more than $15. My total ended up being $72!!! And she DID charge me $25 for the screen protector and didn't charge me for the lens covers I luckily saw they had a store front upstairs and thank god was able to switch the case for one I actually wanted, but I just don't understand why she offered the screen protector for free just to not take it off after all... read more

I needed a new phone battery while traveling for business. Got the runaround from a few other local places, but the owner of the Fix answered my call right away, answered all my questions, and was waiting for me when I showed up. He was polite, professional, and helpful. He fixed it on the spot while I waited, and when the screen cracked during disassembly of the phone, he replaced it with a genuine Apple part on the spot, free of charge. He's an excellent technician and businessman and I highly recommend that, if you have a phone problem in the San Antonio area, you consider him first for your repair. read more
