Those slides in there especially the blue one is adult sized and oh so fun! I went down it a few times an almost had whiplash from the speed and all the twist and turns! And it feels like the slide goes foreverrrrr. The entire playhouse is tall enough for adults to play inside which is hardly ever the case at most places! It was jam packed full of people by the time we left, and we got there right when it opened at 10am. Check in is a breeze. You tell the nice lady behind the counter your name and kids name and they give you a sticker. If it's your first time you simply fill out a form and then get the same sticker. Shoes have to remain on and it is located inside what looks to be a mega church! Ample parking and very nice parents who go there.

The indoor playground at Prestonwood Baptist has REOPENED and offers FREE fun to the public 5 days…read morea week (not including during Sunday services). The sweet spot for this playground is probably 3-6 years, but there is plenty to do for the younger ages too. The max age for entry is 10. There are slides, climbing areas, and a rubber-bottomed hill for the kids to run up and roll down. Despite being fully closed in, the play area is bright and doesn't feel cramped at all (in comparison to Irving Bible Church's THE TUBES). Everything was exceptionally clean. The playground is open M-F from 10a-4p. It is free and open to the public, but you must check in at the desk in front of the play area before entering. No food or drinks in the play area and children MUST wear shoes. This was a bit of a drive for us, so I packed a lunch and after the kids had their fill of the playground, we headed over to the indoor eating area on the opposite side of the church ("The Commons") to eat. Overall a great morning of free fun - THANK YOU Prestonwood Baptist Church!

It's hard to give anything less than 5 stars to a FREE, CLEAN, indoor playground for kids…read more We do not attend this church (although, we have once, if only to experience the beautiful a cappella performance), which makes us all the more thankful that they open their doors to the public multiple times a week. There is plenty of seating for parents and clean restrooms nearby. There is a smaller, enclosed area for babies directly adjacent to the large indoor jungle gym. The playscape is located in the center of the church building. You can park at any entrance of the church in order to access the playscape. Just walk through the doors and toward the center. On a HOT Wednesday at 5pm, we were the only people there. There were a couple of people milling about the church, but not many, and if weren't for the hours being posted on the website I would have thought we made a mistake and showed up at closing. I seem to remember them having a cafe pre-COVID, but it was now closed (temporarily or permanently I'm not sure). I packed bagged dinners for my kids to eat in the car on the way there. I wrapped up a sandwich, chips, and a drink for my husband and I and we enjoyed a mini dinner date while the kids played. Fun for all! You might get stabbed by rusty nails. Long version: We ( my mother, my 2 year old, my 3 month old and I) visited almost 3 weeks ago. The "manager" Monica (short lady , red hair ) charged me for my 3 month old. When I questioned why I was paying for him to enter when he can't play , she asked how old he was. I clarified his age and she reiterated that they charge for babies too because they have an area for them. In that area was a monster truck climbing statue and some climbing blocks. Mind you he can't even sit up on his own let alone climb or crawl. I went back and asked why his age mattered if they charged further everyone. Monica then said "if they are 2 weeks old then we may not charge". It seemed as though she was making up lies as she went. She couldn't give me a receipt. She says she didn't have the contact to any manager. Then she says she was a manager. Just a bunch of bs. My mother stabbed herself on some type of nail or dining in the "newborn place area" . It was just horrific. We said that we'd be contacting the BBB and calling back to shush to an actual manager, as well as contacting someone for the safety concerns. Maybe 20 minutes later she called my phone saying "we heard about the complaint and are issuing a refund " I knew it was her trying to save her job with a hush refund because we hadn't filed a complaint yet. Don't go here

I strongly suggest making a reservation to guarantee your entry, as I believe their capacity is 50. It tends to get quite busy, especially on rainy days, due to its convenience and being such a fantastic place for kids. Additionally, you will need to complete a waiver form. They have iPads available for you to fill out the form if you haven't done so, but it's advisable to have everything prepared in advance to avoid delays if you're pressed for time. Avery was incredibly friendly, patient, attentive, and had a wonderful personality. This is a charming spot for little ones, and the staff on duty during our visit made sure to wipe down, clean, and tidy up the area while the kids played in different sections. It was a busy little place when I arrived at 10:40 a.m., but it was less crowded around lunchtime. There is a red bucket designated for toys that your little one has put in their mouth, ensuring the toys remain sanitary. You are required to purchase their socks and must wear them while there. Fortunately, the socks are only $2.50. The day pass costs $13.75, and they also provide your little ones with a free rubber duck, which helps encourage them to leave when it's time to go. I'm sure you can relate to how your little ones can get when they're having a blast and don't want to leave, so they have a clever system in place to help ease that transition. This place was perfect for my little one. I had a wonderful time, especially seeing how much he enjoyed himself, and the customer service from Avery was outstanding. Thank you so much for your help and patience, Avery.
