While the store used to mainly sell some zippered shirts that seemed most suitable for wiseguys, it has now diversified into offering a wide assortment of styles, including many suits. Prices are fairly steep, even after discounts, but the quality is good. This time I was waited on by a salesman who was new and seemed to not be very knowledgeable about menswear. Almost right after he informed me that these pants are never worn with belt loops, the assistant manager told me as I was leaving the store that belt loops were in one of the pockets if I wanted to have them added at an additional charge. So, I did an about face and ordered belt loops to be added at a tailoring cost of $10.00 per pair. A current aggravation is that, while in past years tailoring was complimentary, now $10.00 is charged for each type of tailored adjustment. Adding belt loops, letting some fabric in or out at the waist, and even hemming pant legs now incur separate tailoring charges, which can swiftly add up--especially considering that none of the pants sold here have finished off trousers. At least from my experience the pants sold here last a long time, so you can get years of use from them. Conveniently located in Fashion Show, this is a good place to check out for fashionable menswear.

This store is located in the Chipotle and Coffee Bean's shopping center and is tucked towards the back. There are numerous options for Greek people to buy already made sweaters, tiki's, key chains, paddles, etc. The store owner Jack is great! He is very professional with his customers and even suggests things when you're indecisive. A lot of Greek organizations don't even call this store University Connections, it's "Jacks" to us. Lol During new member season or crossing season give Jack about 2 to 3 weeks to complete your order, most of the time he'll get it done quicker than the estimated time. He'll text you that day and you just go in to pick it up! He has the color, font, and texture materials on the counter for you to browse through and chose. Jack will not alter or touch another company's product so if you're looking for changes in an embroidery or stitched set of letters, he'll ask you to remove them yourself or have the company who originally did it remove it. I spent a lot at Jacks and I'll probably invest more into his business as I order letters.

I called the number at the top of the receipt today. The woman told me they couldn't help me because at the bottom of the receipt it says "All sales are final". I said I just bought it 5 days ago, it was defective, and I wanted my money back. She said they couldn't take used merchandise back and all sales were final. I called my credit card company and put in a formal dispute. I would give Vegas Royalty a ZERO star rating if I could. I expected to lose money on the slot machines in Vegas but didn't expect to lose $68.00 at Vegas Royalty too!
