Melissa Page is not responding she gave the phone to another young lady to answer my call and she just said "she's trying to contact Samsung" . NO COMMUNICATION ON WHAT ELSE THEY NEED , WHY they are contacting Samsung as if I'm annoying them about it. I will continue to escalate this situation I JUST WANT A WORKING DISHWASHER.
