Ok so i went to this restaurant, the service was pretty slow and only a few workers. the food wasn't bad but they didn't really have a lot of items. i wouldn't go back for what i paid and the customer service wasn't super good. i'm not really impressed and would've wished to have a better experience.. it was overpriced for what it was and i wouldn't spend my money here again. not impressed read more

Overall, an enjoyable first visit for lunch with the ladies! The ambiance was enjoyable with some of the decor being eclectic: the fireplace & chandelier's were delightful! There are various wooden seating options of tall round tables & chairs or standard tables & chairs. Aside from food offerings, they serve wine & coffee, as well as various flavors of Tillamook & Umpqua ice cream. I ordered a Reuben sandwich & a side salad, of which both were very good. The salad was a mix of tender leaf lettuces with julienned carrots, sliced cucumber & thinly sliced red onion: all very good! The Reuben was very flavorful with sauce & sauerkraut & the marbled bread toasted Just right! The servers were attentive & did a great job!! There were 2 reasons I'm not giving 5 stars: they didn't have lemon for my water & my salad was served on a melamine bowl. read more

This place is delicious. Lots of coffee options, beer and cider and wine options too! We love their pizzas which use kalama sour dough dough as their crust. They have breakfast sandwiches and pastries and also have lunch sandwiches and soup. We love the interior and large fireplace but they also have an uncovered back area and covered front area. Pizzas are a bit expensive for the size but that's everywhere these days. read more

What a treat! Beautiful space with eclectic design elements - see photos. They offer pub tables and regular dining tables. There is a cozy fireplace and games are available if you're interested in playing. The Flipside offers beer and wine and they have a separate coffee bar. Ginger was our server and she was spectacular! She greeted us with a friendly welcome and came right over to tell us about the place and give us menus. Let's talk about the pizza! They use Kalama Sourdough dough and that in itself is pretty fabulous! The sauce is tasty and they really pile on the toppings. We'll definitely be back! read more

Second best pizza I've ever had in my life! ...and in the middle of nowhere. Do NOT underestimate this place, it's a true gem! Outstanding beers and customer service as well! This is a bar that places in the big cities should strive for...yes it's THAT good. Icing on the cake....the tables have custom made wooden Connect 4 type games to keep the kiddos (and adults) busy. First, the atmosphere here is very nice and chill. Setup fosters casual conversation with a glass of wine, a fireplace, and maybe (?) a pizza? Personally, I'd skip the pizza, despite its toppings being relatively delicious. The crust, touted as Kalama sourdough, is disappointingly floppy. Good wine choices for the most part, and even games to play while you're there if you're so inclined. We may go back and try the sandwiches at some point, but for pizza we'll drive just a bit further south. read more

We love this place and always stop in our trips between Oregon and Washington. The nice clean bathrooms, coffee, ice cream, sandwiches and pizza are a perfect road trip pit stop! The service is always friendly. The only drawback is every time we come there is only one person trying to do absolutely everything and I always feel bad for them although they are doing a great job. Managing hostessing, waiting tables, take out orders, coffee and ice cream by yourself would be overwhelming even for the most experienced staff- I hope they can bring in more staff to help support. Amazing breakfast! I got the avocado toast on sourdough, with an egg added. I assumed it'd be one piece based on price. But to my surprise it was two full pieces, covered in avocado, an egg on each, and Everything Bagel seasoning on the side. I also got a 16 oz Americano and tipped $2. Even still, my entire cost was $12. With the price of Avocados, Eggs, and Coffee - this is an amazing value!!! The food was delicious and the coffee was, too. Some friends recommended we meet them at this place for pizza. I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled after the awful, undercooked pizza we were served. We ordered a Hawaiian, which tasted like a store-bought frozen pizza with a paper-thin and doughy crust. Not at all what we were expecting for around $20. Our friends fared no better with their selection, and they had eaten here before, so perhaps just a bad night with the oven. We regularly buy a Papa Murphy take-and-bake, so the bar was really low. Needless to say, we won't be coming back, at least for pizza. On the flipside (sorry), our waitress was enjoyable and very attentive. I give her 5 stars. read more

Cons: incredibly slow, only 3 lowtop tables compatible with high chairs, "side of chips" is just a snack size bag of Doritos or Cheetos. Server offered to also sub side salad due to poor chip selection, but did not mention it'd be an extra $3. No napkins in bag, sandwich was messy (which was fine but napkins would have been appreciated) I would eat here again, but would order online about 30 minutes ahead of time with the intentions of just eating in my car. I went here today with my daughter and grandchildren. Everyone was friendly and helpful with our questions and the modifications we needed in the food we ordered. I had the French dip and was pleased with my order, good bread to meat ratio and I don't think there was anything left when we were done. We want to go there again to try other items on the menu. This is for the old River's Edge coffee shop location. Been twice. Sign up front says "have a seat someone will help you" or similar. Neither time has anyone come over. If it was slammed, it would make sense. Neither time was it particularly busy. Left once after about 15 minutes. Third time, ordered pizza for pickup. Shame on me for not checking, but didn't discover until I returned home; wrong toppings. Not related to service but pizza there is pretty dang petite which is fine, but you're paying premium prices for a pizza that's a 6/10, greasy and overcooked. Was hoping to support a new local business. Hope it gets its mojo going... new food business gets a rep early on and can have a real tough time changing a negative reputation. read more

Stopped for breakfast on our way home from Portland. Very limited breakfast menu. More like a coffee shop than anything. Fiancé ordered the breakfast sandwich on regular bagel. It came on an everything bagel. Ok. Mistakes happen. No problem he said it was just ok. I ordered the "Avocado Toast". It came looking like something a child makes for the mom for breakfast on Mother's Day. The bread was very thin. Barely toasted and I mean barely. Still mostly soft and the "Avocado" was the stuff you buy at Costco in the little individual tubs for snacking. And there was a very thin layer on the bread. No salt. No pepper no nothing. It was awful and def did not eat and will not be back. It's a bummer. The place is cute and and my latte was decent. Was hoping we found a new spot to stop but sadly this isn't it. Some of the most delicious pizza crust I've had! Highly recommend the BBQ pizza! The Hawaiian type pizza was good but missing something. Love that they have beer on tap, wine, ice cream.
