We hired The Flooring House to upgrade our baseboards and outdated vinyl grey flooring. Jason was extremely responsive and upfront with what the cost of the job would be as well as the starting date. We had some additional custom needs and he was able to secure for us a carpenter to help. The job was done to our satisfaction, the installation crew were very nice and worked really hard. The issues we had Jason was more than willing to discuss them even though not everything was able to be resolved (some things out of his control). I'd definitely recommend The Flooring House for your needs! The only thing I'd recommend is to understand the project timeline is only an estimate (ours took 4 days instead of the 2 days we were told) and the price might change if there is additional flooring prep needed that cannot be known until the old flooring comes up. A few minor things they had to repair or change after completion but they were quick to take care of it. All in all we were happy with the outcomes and the crew went above and beyond what was promised on certain things (such as installing our new toilets for us). read more

I had the honor of The Flooring House install my vinyl floors. The consultation was very effortless and Jason assisted me in picking best color for the paint scheme in my house. The weekend my floors were to be installed, his guys showed up and immediately go to work. It was suppose to be a 3 day job, but Mrs. Mother Nature decided to show her ugly head for the last day. My wife and I have always wanted to replace our existing tile and laminate floors throughout our home since we bought it over ten years ago. At one point we did in fact obtain a couple of estimates to redo the floors in our entire home (3750 sq ft), however, were never able to move forward at the time. Fast forward to April 2024 and low and behold, we receive a door flyer from The Flooring House in Rancho Cucamonga which once again renews our interest to replace our floors. This time... the pictures on the flyer enticed me to call for further information. I was not sure what to expect and thought I would be dealing with the same old high pressure floor salesmen I dealt with in the past. Thankfully, when I called, I spoke to Jason who oversees operations of The Flooring House in Rancho Cucamonga. Immediately, I could tell Jason was honest, non-pressuring, a professional, very knowledgeable, and a gentleman. He was very patient with answering all my questions and at my request, invited us to his office to provide him more information about our project and look at various samples of Luxury Vinyl Planks we were interested in. Upon meeting Jason, I knew my initial impressions of him over the phone were spot on! He was very pleasant, professional, very knowledgeable, and a true gentleman. Jason showed my wife and I several samples he thought we might be interested in based on the information we provided. After choosing a couple of samples we liked, Jason suggested we take them to see them inside our home. Long story short, for the next month or longer, my wife and I were at Jason's office a few times bringing home different samples as well as Jason at our home bringing yet more samples! I don't think I would have had the patience Jason displayed, but we were very grateful we were working with him and by now, we had no doubt we would be doing our floor through him and The Flooring House. As we developed a very trusting relationship with him, we did not need or want any other bids from anyone else to do our floors! Suffice it to say, my wife and I finally decided on the vinyl plank we wanted, and Jason finalized his quote. The price was reasonable, was in the ballpark range I anticipated, and we accepted with no doubt in our mind Jason would take care of us. He provided a start date when the installation crew would be here and approximately how long it would take. Preparation for them to redo our entire house floors was just like moving and a challenge for my wife and I but we did it. The install crew showed up as scheduled. Let me tell you one thing.... these guys are professional and perfectionists at what they do!!! Carlos was the head of the crew and made sure we understood and explained everything they would be doing as they all did. All of the guys were very respectful and cautious with everything they worked around in our home and very hard workers. They often worked 8-9-hour days, cleaned up every day before leaving, seemed happy, and it was obvious they took a lot of pride in their work!! Jason also made regular visits to our home during the project to make sure all of our expectations were being met and to answer any questions we may have had. After one week.... our home looked Beautiful and Amazing with the new flooring and baseboards throughout the entire house!! All I can say is that My wife and I love the beautiful job Jason and his Crew from The Flooring House did in our home and are extremely Happy with the way it came out!!!.
