I ordered two loaves for delivery. The loaves were perfectly baked, crusty on the outside and flavorful and pleasantly chewy on the inside, I tried the "Valley" and "Polenta" loaves and was impressed with both. I would put these loaves on a par with San Francisco sourdough, the best there is. I'll be dropping by in person to try them all. This is just the kind pf bakery Lynchburg needed. Prices are certainly higher than the grocery store but the quality is worth the premium.
