I was looking for flowers but I wanted something from the farmers market or a local shop. I found this hidden gems and I thought to give them a visit. I was looking for a little bouquet for my house to welcome summer and just for fresh flowers smell around the house. I got two each was $20. She couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. She put together a beautiful gift basket, including gourmet chocolates, a bath product and such a spectacular floral arrangement. She was very reasonably priced and quite accommodating. She even texted me a photo when it was done, and then texted me after it was delivered. I came in shortly after they opened and was quickly helped and after a few quick questions about what I was looking for, we decided the best route was to have a custom arrangement made. Due to a hectic work schedule I was worried about making it back by the time they closed but was reassured they were happy to wait if I needed to. Fortunately I showed up shortly before they closed and picked up a gorgeous HUGE assortment of flowers that was even better than what I'd asked for. I send flowers to my ex-wife's mom at least twice a year, Mother's Day and her birthday in November. Although I have tried many services and florists up there, I am always incredibly disappointed with the quality of the flowers (half dead on delivery) or the amount for the price (I can usually get twice as much for half as much at the Safeway in Fortuna!). So when I ordered an orchid plant from Teleflora, I was not expecting much. Mari from The Flower Boutique called me the next day telling me that from my message, it sounded like I was expecting a plant and not an arrangement. She suggested an orchid plant that she had that she would give me for the same price. It turned out beautiful, and quite frankly better than the Teleflora picture! I will be using the Flower Boutique from now on whenever I need a florist in Eureka! read more

I ordered a TelaFlora arrangement for my Mom. My Mom lives in teh Bay Area. Well, the arrangement came and some of the decor on the flowers were broken and the driver left the arrangement in the rain, not under the overhang of the house. NOW don't get me wrong, The Flower Boutique is not to blame. They called the florist they used and worked to get my mom another arrangement. Also they informed the florist in the Bay Area that the driver was un attentive and just lazy. The gals at the Flower Boutique want to bring flowers to you and they love their job. Hi called Flower Boutique based on previous Yelp reviews and found out their 5-star rating is totally deserved. I spoke with the owner, Mari, and explained that I was interested in sending my daughter a "strange" "atypical" arrangement for her birthday, as she likes unusual things. I also requested the flowers be delivered late in the day because I didn't want them to sit on the doorstep all afternoon. Well, Mari was a pleasure to work with and produced a weird type arrangement that my daughter absolutely loved! She even made a special effort to deliver them on her way home for the day. My daughter sent me a photo of the arrangement and the flowers and foliage it contained were both beautiful and interesting...not your ordinary carnations...just what I requested.
