    OMG. Worst florist I've ever encountered. Order a $100 bouquet from Teleflora for my mom for Mother's Day. I'm just going to upload the photo and let that speak for itself. Alstroemerias have no business in a $100 bouquet and it looked like it was arranged by a.....I don't know....it would be too insulting.

    This is the arrangement they had promised. I ordered "better" but because of failed delivery they said they were upgrading it.  Fail.

    I am utterly disappointed. The cost of the arrangement does not reflect what was received. I've had better arrangements for half the cost at whole foods. I ordered an arrangement for my mom to arrive Monday at her office for mothers day. First of all, they attempted the delivery at 5:00pm. Which is obviously outside of working hours and of course, her office was closed. I had even called earlier that day to make sure the delivered before their closing time, but nobody picked up the phone. I called this morning, where they apologized and blamed it on a "computer" error. They then said they would be upgrading the arrangement to make up for it. Although at that point I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, I let it go at that and waited for the delivery. I paid $100 for this arrangement, and they said they would upgrade to make up for the failed delivery (I had ordered the "better" option to begin with). However, they did not even include the colors shown online per their "substitution policy". I am very unhappy with the customer service and the product.     I got an arrangement from Wilhides yesterday afternoon; roses, lilies, and orchids. They are completely wilted today. I tried to attach a picture here, but it's not allowing it. This is not my first disappointment from this company. Often times the flowers do not arrive on schedule and they are "out" of certain kinds of common roses. Best advice: please don't waste your money.

    I was delivered flowers after 5 when they were supposed to be earlier in the day. Half of them came dead. I called the number on the back of the card and I believe the woman I spoke to was named Naomi. She said that they could send out replacement ones and couldn't refund my fiancé because he ordered them online. Well the replacement ones didn't show up. Wilhides used to be the Howard county go to florist. My old job had flowers delivered a few years ago and they were just as bad. I wouldn't get flowers from them if they were giving them away.

    I prefer supporting local businesses so when it came time to order flowers for my mother's December…read morebirthday, I placed what was perhaps my second or third order at Flowers & Fancies. I placed the order online, scheduled pick up, and moved on with my life. Unfortunately, I received an email about 5 days before I was due to pick up the arrangement essentially advising that my selection was no longer available because the flowers wouldn't be in season the month of December. Huh? They explained that they would do their best but I asked for a refund instead. Apparently there was a website issue that allowed the purchase to go through but shouldn't have. Disappointed and frustrated, I placed a last minute birthday order with a large corporation and tried to put the matter behind me. Well color me surprised when the Flowers & Fancies team sent me an arrangement to apologize for the error. I was shocked, surprised, and necessarily reminded that mistakes happen and it's best to have patience and understanding, especially for local, well meaning businesses. The arrangement provided is gorgeous and makes the one I ordered from a large corporation just doesn't compare. Thank you to Heather and the Flowers & Fancies team for making it right. I look forward to supporting in the future.
