The worst customer service experiences in a long time…read more I placed a Valentine's Day order in late January (January 29th to be exact) requesting a morning delivery. Well today was Valentine's day and no morning delivery, no call, no text message or no email. I call the number asking for an approximate time for delivery around 12pm. The voice mail said they were busy but they check messages periodically, so I left a message. I know today is a busy day for florist so I extend grace. At 2:30pm no call, no text messageand no email so I call again left a message and also a text message. At 3pm I get in my car and drive 30mins to their stop arriving around 3:35pm. I speak to who I think was the owner and he apologizes and tells me the order should be at my house before I get back home. He also makes an attempt to smooth things over by offering a free small boxes of chocolates and some rose petals. I get home after making a stop around 4:45pm and still no delivery. I call again and text still no answer . At around 6pm I get a knock at the door and ot is the flower delivery person. I said to the delivery person I asked for a morning delivery and their response was I'm not sure why they committed to morning delivery. They hand me the flowers and I said the arrangement I ordered had butterflies and asked where is the arrangement I ordered. The delivery person then says this is what they gave me so I told the delivery person that is not what I paid for so I rejected the delivery. I'm not mad at the delivery person just annoyed over the entire situation at this point. Now put a pin in that, the delivery person then calls my wife (not sure why they did not call me as the sender) and tells her they are going to refund me for the flower but not the butterflies. My wife is not upset or even annoyed she just politely tells the delivery person to call me and address it with me. The delivery person then says to my wife that your husband will have to just be in his feelings. Now at this point my wife is annoyed because she is the person receiving the flowers and the comment was completely unnecessary. After my wife told me about the exchange I drove back to the flower shop to return the candy and the rose petals and told the owner at this point I'm done. I was not rude not cursing or fussing just done. I made it clear I will be posting a reviews online of my experience. I want to give grace but if you can't meet delivery request an email or a text message to giving me a choice would have been appreciated. I even appreciate the attempt to make it right, however the experience my wife had with the delivery person I was done, my grace is gone. The shop needs to work on their customer service experience. If I could provide a zero rating I would have. Based on this experience I would not recommend this florist shop.

There was an issue with delivery, too, and when I called to get it straightened out, the lady who answered the phone was rude to me and said she would just contact the person I was delivering flowers to. FYI - this company is now doing business at 222 N. Charles St. in Baltimore.
