I love everything about this business. I live in Phoenix Arizona and I was looking for a local flower shop in Albany to order some flowers and deliver them to my mom for Mother's Day. I called the company to place my order and the phone was answered very quickly with a friendly, warming Associate. They were extremely helpful in recommendations on different products I could bundle together for my gift. Once I've finally had my order placed, they were even able to deliver same day to my mom's house. I've always been weary ordering flowers because sometimes you never know what you're going to get. I've had experiences where I order a bouquet of flowers and have not gotten what I've paid for. That is not the case with this company. Even though they must do hundreds of weddings, they were excited for our wedding and how to create the perfect arrangements for the special day. Their price quote was very reasonable, in fact their quote came in under our budget so was able to add table centerpieces rather than make them myself. On Friday, May 12, 2023, this company delivered the most lovely bouquet of flowers from my children, for Mother's Day. Unable to get to the door to answer the bell, the vase and flowers (I swear the arrangement must be about 2 feet tall) were left in the shade, in the corner, next to the door. It's now two days later and they still look beautiful and smell wonderful. I suspect I will be enjoying them for quite some time. I'd show ya what they look like but darn! Incredible! They did all the flowers for our wedding, including my beautiful cascade bouquet, flower crown, boutonnieres, corsages, and the cake flowers. I got SO MANY compliments on my flower crown and bouquet. My husband cried when he saw me for the first time and his little cousin thought I was a literal princess. The colors were fantastic and my flower crown was very well put together, nice and sturdy without being heavy. Perfect proportion of flowers for my head and the bouquet was the perfect length for me. Order was easy to place on the website, and I received an email when the delivery was made (nice touch). Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the floral arrangement. The arrangement I selected looked nothing like the arrangement that was delivered. Smaller in size, flower varieties and colors of flowers were different than what was depicted in the online photo. The vase was supposed to be a lovely purple glass vase, but the arrangement delivered was in an ordinary clear vase. Not worth the money spent!
