The Beach Jet Ski operation is very smooth and in a great location on Clearwater beach. Brandon took us through the intercostal waterways at 30 mph ( when not in the no wake zones). He stopped and pointed out a baby dolphin that swam by us briefly. We rode past lovely mangrove covered island. He found a safe area for us the ride free for about 10-15 minutes. We zipped around and he took a bunch of photos of us. We finally ended up at the edge of the Gulf of Mexico at Hurricane pass. The waves were big and we jumped a few waves. Overall a complete blast! I highly recommend it.

I was worried about the traffic backup on the Clearwater Memorial Causeway but we booked our appointment first thing in the morning for the two hour tour. This was an excellent decision as by the time we got out onto the water it was starting to get quite warm and you are required to wear a life jacket and so it can get hot. We brought flip flops but we stored them in the compartment in front and rode barefoot. Also, the Bay where you begin was like glass making it a lot of fun for experienced riders and brand new riders. The guide that we had was fantastic. He really wanted the new riders to be comfortable and the experienced riders to have some fun. He explained things very well. He allowed more experienced riders to ride in the back and do figure eights and other tricks while the new riders rode behind him. I am a small person (5'4 and 120 lbs) and didn't have any problem handling the jet ski on my own. I would recommend riding your own ski. If you want to do sight seeing tour, let your guide know. If you want a riding tour, let them know. They adapt it to what the group wants. The person with the most people in their group will decide what you do so keep that in mind. We did a little bit of a tour in the bay but then we headed to Caledesi Island where we saw a dolphin. If you want to see dolphins or wildlife I would recommend the first tour as they are more likely to be active during that time. Then we headed out into the ocean. We spent about 1 hour in the Bay and about 1 hour ocean riding. We stopped at one island and got a drink, took some pictures and collected some cool shells. Then we headed back. We didn't have any problem collecting our deposit. We let them know about getting back for our flight and we had no problems. If you follow their rules, there aren't any problems and everyone has a good time. Also, the Walgreens right next to their docking area has the best price on tourist Clearwater T-shirts if you're wanting to pick up some of those. If you're looking for more of an ocean riding experience, I would contact them and see if that would be available. If you want a nice mix of Bay riding, touring, ocean riding, island seeking then this is the tour for you.

We used to live in Washington State where we were avid skiers and have missed playing in the snow! It is awesome that Florida has a fun place for Floridians to enjoy it also. They offer fun downhill snow tubeing as well as the Artic Igloo, where kids and adults can build snowmen and participate in other snow activities. Better bring gloves, jackets, and boots/sneakers along with you. It gets cold in there as well as on the slope. They are open all day. In the evening, magical lights are turned on while you are tubing or walking around. Did I mention that you can watch the sunset while tubing? Snowcat Ridge features real snow in its snow dome and on its snow tubing hill. The park uses a snow-making system to produce real snow from water. We bought our tickets online to save some money and time. My daughter paid for the VIP pass $160 to skip the long lines for tubing and to get a discount for parking. That pays for a 2 hour run. It takes about 15 seconds to slide down the hill. There is a moving platform that pulls you back up to the top or you can drag your tube up by yourself but it is on the heavy side. There are tubes for singles, doubles or family of 8. While online, you can pick your preferred time to tube. She picked 5:00-7:00 pm to watch the sunset and enjoy the lights. For the parents, there is plenty of seating so you can watch your kids snowtube. That's where I sat also, lol. I loved watching her be a kid and she was having a ball! There is a gift shop, the Artic Igloo where there is story telling for kids, places to sit, photo ops, a bubble machine, and a place for snow fights.. A food truck offers nachos, burgers, hot dogs and sodas. There is plenty to see and do if you can't snowtube. It's a fun day for everyone. The Alpine Village features a variety of outlets offering food, drinks, beer, wine, and shopping. Kids under are 2 are free. All box office tickets are $6 more than online. Check their web page for more details. We had a great time and would go again!

There is a cute area of santa shops and arctic ice experience and of course the tubing. There is single, double or 10 person tubes. Its a work out but definitely worth it. Food trucks to supply food and treats and sweets. There is a biergarten as well. Covered area for eating. They spared no expense. Northerner's would shake their heads, but southerner's will enjoy the taste of winter. We went on a chilly evening which made it nice. The Evening lights are beautiful.

It was definitely worth it! The house was fully equipped! I'll go ahead and begin my review Bedrooms (3) : Spacious and Clean comfortable enough to fit up to 6-8 people in the bedrooms depending on whether or not you mind sharing beds with people. But none the less the beds were cozy and big! Kitchen & Living room were conveniently attached fully equipped with stove, oven microwave and with a dining table fitting up to 6-7 people comfortably. It was attached to the living room which had a fire place and a variety of entertainment medias for your use. It was soo cute! Although it wasn't cold enough to use the fire place, it made me feel like I was in north carolina or in the woods somewhere. Made my trip seem more authentic and far away! Upstairs: Best part was the game room upstairs! Fully equipped with a pool table and the other table game thing, i can't remember what it was called lol. The only bad part is that there's no room to sleep upstairs, it's more of a game area. But i still loved it. Kept us thoroughly entertained most of the evening! Okay I lied, the best part of the house was definitely the patio that led out to the lake! GORGEOUS for watcing the sun rise and the sun set! There was a dock that led up to the lake which you can involve yourself in doing a variety of sports such as swimming, jet skiing and boat rowing! Although we didn't have time to do any of that stuff it was still nice to have it there available! I must say, it was out in the middle of no where, but that's the beauty of it, away from the cars, away from the noise, away from the city. It was serene and peaceful. This lake house is something you must look into if you're thinking about getting away. Look into it some more, don't just take my word for it! But definitely, we're coming back here again soon for future gatherings and get-aways.

We are always greeted like guests and the boats are ready to load up with our gear and go. When we return we just unload our stuff and head home. We have visited numerous FBC's up and down the east coast and have had the same good service, etc. We previously owned a 25 ft. SeaRay cabin cruiser and once we discovered FBC we sold it and all the complications owning your own boat came with.

Where do we even begin about Freedom Boat Club of Winter Haven. We went and meet with Waylon in…read moreFeb 2022 and we could tell he was a shark of a salesman. He made statements and promises to us that got us into the club then never came to fruition. We were told they would be opening a new location in Auburndale close to our home which we loved. We were even told by Waylon the Winter Haven and Auburndale would work together there for we would need one membership for both clubs. He told us our monthly fees would be $369 monthly on the second month our membership fees jump to $389. When we ask GiGi the manger of the location she said Waylon knew the fees were going up and not sure why he didn't inform us however they are $389 going forward. After we signed up with Waylon, Waylon made us our first reservation for a nice deck boat fully loaded. We showed up that Sat with our family and our grandparents in their 80's. Once we got to the dock we learned that our reservation was cancelled and know one know by who. The Dock manager said don't worry we have a boat for you, the boat from hell. The boat had no top making the day hot and miserable. This was not the boat we signed up for. My husband on multiple times have reserved fishing boats and arrived at the dock and the boat he reserved was already gone so they gave him a subpar boat. One boat the trolling motor did not work another the fish finder did not work. We had got on another boat and the gas gauge did not work. Multiple times we got on boats and checked the props as you are responsible if they were damaged. Multiple times props were damaged and never changed from when the prior customer paid for it. They just kept collecting money for the same prop if it continues to work. No telling how much they pocket on props and other mechanical devices. One time we went out in the boat and the anchor was missing. We went to go get our boat on this one weekend and upon arrival the staff at FBC were all on a boat talking which included our salesman Waylon. It took us waiting 30 mins to get the dock person to come over and get us checked out. When she finally came over she acted like it was an inconvenience to be doing her job and gave an attitude of how dare you. We contacted the manager Gigi and she promised to refund dock fees to us and to date this has never happened. The issue that got us to cancel our contract was the credit card fraud. My credit card has been charged for over $2,000 for membership fees. When I called them on it I was shown a credit card authorization form with my name one it, my card number, exp date and CVC code. However I was not the one who signed this credit card authorization form it was my husband. Then it was not even his correct name. We do dispute the legitimacy of when this form was completed. As an electronic signature could be done by anyone as you don't need a real signature. As when we got our original paperwork and where I signed I signed with a blue pen. Therefore why wouldn't they get me to sign the credit card authorization at the same time to make it more legal and without issue. When I notice in May 2022 that my card was being charged I took that card off the account and added another card. going forward they continued to charge my card even thought it was removed from dock fees. My card was never placed on the account for membership fees it was placed for dock fees eg gas. So even after removing said card they continue to charge it for membership fees not just dock fees. This whole company is a fraud and will take you money any way they can and don't care. Now trying to rent a boat is a joke either you cannot rent a boat weeks out as they are all gone. Or the boat you rent some how is not there the day you go to pick it up. Plus if we reserved a boat for 8 hours and pick up time per their computer was 7. If you showed up at 9 you could have a late fee tacked on. As long as this boat was picked up sometime during the day it should not matter. You should penalize someone for bringing a boat back late. Please stay away they are scammers
