A joke. Picked up three dresses about a month ago, they could only locate two out of the three and instead of actually looking for the third one they were too busy trying to set up a book signing event. They were unapologetic & told me to come back when they found it. While standing in there for 35 minutes, you can look around and see bugs, crawling out of the piles of trash, the clutter up to the ceiling, and overall lack of organization on all ends. Upon further inspection, one out of three dresses were damaged to the point of no return. This dress was an $1100 dress before alterations. I would never recommend this business to anyone, and if you do decide to go, make sure to inspect your consignment items before signing for them and if you're planning on buying, I would watch out for the clutter and the bugs. read more

We were on the hunt for my daughter's prom dress. We were coming from one side of town and looking for dress shops in the area. I saw where they closed at 5pm so I called to confirm that I didn't need an appointment to look around since it is a dress shop. The person on the phone wasn't very welcoming but I figured since it was the final hour and prom season, I assumed they were probably tired. We arrived at 4:20pm. Noone greeted us or told us anything about the store so we walked around aimlessly. However someone walked in after us and was greeted instantly. She was there for the book club that I assumed took place after they were set to close. I only found out about that because the energy shifted once she mentioned that's what she was there for. To be honest, we knew within minutes this wasn't the place for us. We love a great thrift or resale shop. THIS WAS NOT IT. This place somewhat reeked of something ( my daughter said it smelled like honey mustard and musty so there's that). The prices were laughable for what they were offering. Some of the sequin was off of the dresses. I could have sworn one of the dresses was something that Blanche wore on Golden Girls. I love finding lesser known places and I will talk them up because I love small businesses. I will say we were told "Have a great day" when we left. Again, customer service was subpar but the dresses to price ratio was not good at all. We ended up getting what we wanted at the mall for less than what we would have spent here if that means anything. I do hope their book club works out for them, tho. read more

your place looks run down and dated. it felt like i was walking into a dress warehouse after walking through a quirky book store. your dresses seemed like they were 5-10 years old. your sales person practically called me fat. she looked at me put her hands out and tried to direct me to where the bigger size section was. very impolite and offensive. i would suggest a better selection and a quick clean up to the building and dresses. not to be rude, but if i could, i would rate you all 0 stars. read more

called ahead of time in order to consign my wedding dress, let the lady on the phone know that Ive had it dry cleaned in the past and it does have few stains on the bottom layer of the dress and she said to still come in. drove over 35 min only to be told in an instant no because of those stains. It would have been convenient to know ahead of time instead of making the drive. read more

I love buying used. It makes me so happy to see a worn once dress discounted steeply. I needed to purchase a dress for a charity gala, and I didn't want to burn my whole pay check. They have a very large selection of wedding dresses and formal gowns. I did notice that there are some sizes that are harder to find. The dresses in 12-14 didn't have the same selection as the sizes 4-6, but I find that to be true in any store. After trying on my own to find what I needed, I gave up and let the staff help me. She urged me to try on a particular dress, even though it wasn't the fit-and-flare style I really wanted. It worked out perfectly, and didn't break my bank. I'm really glad they are here! read more

My daughter made an appointment to look at wedding dresses. We were about 10 minutes early and when arrived we told the woman at the front we had an appointment and she pointed and said the dresses in the first racks were new and the other racks were consignment dresses. After all the great reviews we were so disappointed - it seemed like they had about 10 of the same dress in various sizes and disrepair and obviously used dresses. Also, it smelled like stale smoke but it may have been the other customers there trying on dresses. We were there for about 10 minutes and left. It was a real waste of our time. read more

They had a lot of prom dresses to look through but I felt that they were too high priced for the used dresses. My niece tried on a used dress that beads were falling off and clearly had wear and tear on it and they were asking $125 for. Definitely was disappointed in the items that we found for prom. read more

Great place to shop for a formal dress! The ladies were more than accommodating in helping our young granddaughter find her first formal. She tried on a bunch but couldn't decide so we went 3 other places & returned to buy the first one she had tried. It needed some additions so they had some really good suggestions. The people here were so nice.. its a very full formal store.. but the women who worked there were so helpful. THey were very sensitive about sizes and willing to help zip up and give an honest answer. They are worth the drive to Yukon. The building, just a strip mall, is nothing special, but the try on rooms are clean and the staff is great. Appointment was recommended. read more
