We were greeted when we walked in and the cashier was very friendly while we were checking out. Clothes were organized well by not only gender but type and size of clothing. They had a large selection for women, but the men's clothing options were lacking. Clothing was decently priced for what it was and they typically have sales on certain tags. Amazingly large selection of stuff! Back room had an enormous selection of home improvement and repair stuff.

The furniture is extremely overpriced. Dresser with broken mirror and drawer for $200. Insane. I also found a used toothbrush for 1.99 so there's that. Oh! Or an unused pad for $1! What a steal. No I don't recommend this place at all. Very expensive and didn't find anything actually worth buying. read more

Amazing!!! This is legit the thrift store of my dreams. We pass by this thrift store each week when I take my daughter to piano class and decided to check it out since we were running early, they have great quality items, it was nice and clean and the staff was so sweet. We got a Melissa and Doug bbq with all the parts for $5, vintage wooden puzzles for $2 and a whack a mole game for $2. I would've bought and looked longer but we had to leave. I found a beautiful mirror that was not priced. I asked the friendly cashier how much did the mirror cost. She said the mirror was not for sale but she would ask the "owner" how much they we sell it for. She said she did not know how beautiful the mirror was. She took my phone number and said she would talk to the owner about it and call me back.I called her later and left a message, but she never returned my call. I went into the store today and saw that the mirror was gone. That same friendly cashier said they sold it. I I asked her what happened? Why didnt they sell it to me? She said she put my name on it but they sold it. I believe she took the mirror for herself after she saw the beauty. Bad staff...bad customer service. Lost a good customer that even brought her friends there. Be wary!! read more

The best thrift store I have been to in Okc. I found out when I was checking out that the money they make goes to helping families in Okc get off the street and into a home of their own. It is ran by a local church, I'm not sure which one, but the ladies from the church organize and put the store together. It was absolutely the most organized thrift store I've ever been in and I will be back and all of my donations will be taken here from now on. read more

I have been a Heart and Hand shopper for many years. I have a large family, and this store is great for clothing! Everything is sorted by size, and style. They have color tags, and they routinely discount colors, so there is always something on sale. Great books and housewares, a decent craft and fabric selection. They are priced a little high on some items, but this is a local ministry and the money you spend here stays here and doesn't support a CEO making millions off of donated goods. read more

This is one of my favorite thrift stores. One of my favorite past times is browsing through people's unwanted junk and this establishment is a treasure trove of things that need a home. I am lucky if I only walk out with one thing. There are daily discounts as well but be careful that you are looking at the right tag sometimes there are leftover tags on the items from garage sales their tags have their name on it. read more

This is the kind of store for pilfering! And I love it! Things I've bought - Paintings, vintage cards, faux crocs, kitchen utensils, purses, belts, glassware, antique books, CUTE shirts, vintage sheets, tablecloths, curtains, old mirrors, games, Christmas decor, candles, crafting items and the list goes on. They carry everything from a-z - sporting equipment, outdoor & gardening tools, pet items, lamps, tables, beautifully color coordinated knickknacks, hundreds & hundreds of records/vinyl, children's clothing equipment & toys, home repair items. The staff has always been helpful, friendly and fair. Wish more thrift stores were like this one. Always on my go-to list - a place to hunt for that treasure you know is there! A nice touch - they've added a table with free books...have found a few GOOD ones. update 10-7-16 new management. some things better some things not. more organized which reduced the pilfering and searching for hidden treasures. some items are now not included in the 'daily percentage off'. seems they're trying to upgrade the quality of merchandise which eliminates some of the old cool stuff. i prefer old cool stuff to used new stuff! read more

More than a thrift store Heart and Hand funds a ministry and its employees are working on new lives. I've found some great stuff here and the process are very good. I always seem to head to the book section first where I've found some neat stuff and then I hit the outdoor and sporting stuff in the west room. read more

Walking in, I was greeted by yet another friendly cashier which is always a good sign that the store appreciates my business. I needed to donate some stuff and she directed me to drop it off in the back of the gigantic building. The front part seemed ordinary but the rear was enormous! I drove my car to the alley and dropped my wares off and caught a glimpse of the huge back end! Service was amiable which means I'll be returning yet again! read more

I like this store a lot. The only problem with this store is the prices are high. Not sure who prices things but they obviously don't shop very often because some things are just slightly under retail. They get everything for free. Their crock pots are $1 less than new and ironing boards were $13 and they need pads for ironing board and rubber for the legs! read more

This is my favorite thrift store. The staff are friendly, their prices are reasonable and their selection is great. They have the largest selection of VHS videos, books, furniture and knock knacks of any Oklahoma City thrift store. read more

Don't stay at this store when the old man in the wheel chair is there. He is very hateful. Otherwise a very nice, clean shop.
