They were unapologetic & told me to come back when they found it. While standing in there for 35 minutes, you can look around and see bugs, crawling out of the piles of trash, the clutter up to the ceiling, and overall lack of organization on all ends. Upon further inspection, one out of three dresses were damaged to the point of no return. This dress was an $1100 dress before alterations. I would never recommend this business to anyone, and if you do decide to go, make sure to inspect your consignment items before signing for them and if you're planning on buying, I would watch out for the clutter and the bugs.

We left without the dress and a granddaughter who was almost in tears. I had no idea "bait and switch" was a thing at an upscale bridal boutique.
