They had so so many dresses and did such a great job being transparent about pricing and not showing me things over budget. When I went back for my favorites appointment (that I had to reschedule due to an emergency- and they we're COMPLETELY lovely and understanding about) Kandice was so sweet- I was nervous about picking the wrong dress and went to my favorites appointment alone and she made me feel confident in my choice and even let me try on a dress I hadn't tried before because I was so concerned about the dress I had originally picked not being right! 10/10 would recommend read more

The gowns were lovely, and my granddaughter found her dream dress. HOWEVER: When she filled out her form before the appointment she clearly stated her budget. She's a college student, as is the groom, so they have a set amount. The stylist pulled gowns my granddaughter liked and once even commented that a particular dress was over budget so they moved on. She found the dress she loved, took measurements, and we were ready to pay the 60% deposit, when they informed us of the price... over $1,000 OVER the stated budget! We left without the dress and a granddaughter who was almost in tears. I had no idea "bait and switch" was a thing at an upscale bridal boutique. So if you shop here, be aware and (regardless of whether it's gauche to do so) ASK THE PRICE BEFORE YOU FALL IN LOVE!!! read more

I was in tears before coming to this location because everywhere else I tried was a terrible experience but Chantilly turned it all around and made my wedding dress shopping experience way better! We had to tell them they were wouldn't be able to pay until end of January and they were super understanding! I said yes to a dress and I can't wait to go in and purchase it! Trendy, boho store for the modern bride with a premium budget. Nice selection of dresses! I was super excited to try on dresses here after a friends' recommendation (she did purchase her dress here). My experience was not fun or exciting. I felt like I couldn't do anything right for Riley, the attendant who was helping me. Probably didn't help that we showed up 10 minutes late (but hey sometimes you can only rush your mom so much out the door). She wasn't dressed professionally (jeans with holes and a t shirt) and I feel like her attitude was a reflection of this. When stepping into dresses, she snapped at me as to how I was doing it wrong, and she set the dress up on the floor in a certain way so we could pull it up easier. Just want to point out that I'm okay with being corrected and I want to do things the right way. There was no prior instruction on how to correctly step in. (I'm an army girl for Pete's sake) She did not smile at us the entire time (accurately reflected in a half dozen pics she just happened to be in). She was not patient with me deciding between dresses. She acted put out with sighs and slow response to grab things when we asked to try on veils or beaded belts with different dresses. Just so unimpressed with the customer service we had. I called a few days later to cancel my follow up appointment, she answered. I mentioned my name and when I asked to cancel she just flatly said "okay". Didn't ask if I wanted to reschedule, or anything else her boss would probably wish she did...ack! I really loved the dresses here but would not pay the premium simply because I don't want to support that behavior! read more

If you are above a size 6-10 do not go to this store. They only carry 10-12's in store for try on and bungee you in when they are too small. The staff was not very personal and did not make my family or friends feel included or comfortable. The language used by the consultant I had was not body-positive and made me feel extremely self-conscious and they ultimately advised me to go to a few different stores that have "bigger" dresses (I am a size 14-16...) I would not recommend this store unless you are looking for a petite, boho style dress. read more

We were excited to shop for our daughter's wedding gown. we arrived for our scheduled appointment & was introduced to Hannah. When we scheduled our daughter filled out a questionnaire. why? what good does it do when she has to start all over once being introduced to your bridal consultant. We (4) of us were put into a small bridal room while Hannah walked through with our daughter to choose dresses. We could have done that so why have a bridal consultant? After choosing a variety of gowns they returned to try them on. One dress in particular was of course a dress that our daughter loved. I myself & our daughters future mother in law walked through just to see if my daughter may have missed one. We are in our 50's & 60's so we know not to man handle the dresses & a young associate very rudely told us to not touch the dresses only the bride to be can touch them. i informed the young lady we washed our hands and her reply was I don't care no touching the dresses. After that encounter by the young lady we witnessed helping a mother & bride to be dragging the wedding gowns all over the floor I had decided that I would not spend my money in a store where customer service is not a top prioriTy. We were loaded up in car & our daughter who didn't witness any of this was devastated because she found her dress. I reluctantly went back inside & we purchased the dress. It's a custom ordered dress & while it wasn't the most expensive it wasn't the cheapest. After paying I informed the manager who was present with Hannah that it was Hannah that made this possible and shared our experience with her and hoped she would share it with the manager after we left. The manager definitely did not ask for us to elaborate, and didn't seem genuinely concerned. No opportunity for a photo op with the usual I said yes to the dress no nothing. We walked outside & met 2 couples who inquired about our experience & while we shared the good & bad I happened to look in the window where Hannah was sharing our experience with the exact rude young lady & she looked up & rolled her eyes & shook her head. She saw me and looked away. It's disappointing that a bridal shop offers no personal details and poor customer service. We paid a little over 2k with your store and felt like we were a bother to your staff. We my husband & I flew in from Kemah & her bridesmaid flew in from DFW & her future mother in law flew in from Dumas & we chose your store. We definitely could have gone anywhere but we didn't. Word of advice people pay attention to detail & we hope your future patrons will be treated better & your future brides will feel special on their search for the dress. OKC has some of the very best bridal boutiques so know that you have options. This is our first of two daughters to get married. Your staff the rude young lady ruined our day & experience. I was really excited for a weekend full of dress shopping for my wedding. I was particularly excited for my appointment at Chantilly because of their gown selection. Unfortunately, my experience was abysmal. The minute I walked in with my group (mom, grandma, aunt, and MOH) we were greeted with sour attitudes from the entire staff. Immediately, I felt unwanted, uncomfortable, and as if helping me find a dress was a chore. Trying on was fine, but nothing Alyssa pulled for me was what I was really looking for. It was as if she was not listening to me. I think if she would allowed myself or my group to glance at the gowns in the store, I could found what I was looking for. What was really the icing on the cake for the whole experience, was the timer Alyssa had on her phone. When I asked her if I could put a veil on with one of the dresses I liked, she sharply told me I only had around 2 minutes left so we needed to be quick -- even though my appointment should have ended at 4pm and at that moment it was approx. 3:45. All in all, this shopping experience was unfriendly and disheartening. I left the store so discouraged and upset. The whole staff's energy fed in our energy and ruined the whole day. I had an amazing experience at Chantilly Couture. The owner, Chelsea, was personable and asked very helpful questions that helped my decision-making process. I never felt pressured and was comfortable being honest about what I liked and didn't. Although I ultimately found my dress at a different store (the very first dress I tried on-just couldn't get it out of my head!), I truly thought Chantilly had the most beautiful and unique collection of dresses in the city. I'd give her a zero if I could. This was our second stop for my daughters wedding dress shopping weekend. When we came in, Chelsea, explained her shop and when we told her our budget, explained in detail all about how we would likely not find any dresses that fit our budget at her fancy shop. Chelsea also dressed unprofessionally and was distracted by her phone during our time in the shop. She had a poor attitude through out the entire process. We did end up trying on about 5 dresses but my daughter couldn't imagine buying or liking anything she had. There were only about 20 dresses total in the whole shop. We did end up buying elsewhere AND spending about $600 more than our original budget at a shop that allowed us to choose dresses and choose to spend whatever we wanted. read more

There are truly not enough positive things to say about Chelsea and Chantilly Couture! My husband proposed in January of 2017 and shortly after I began searching for my dream dress. I had pinned a gorgeous solid white, long sleeve gown on Pinterest a long time ago and knew THAT dress was MY dress but was struggling to find it anywhere. Eventually, I discovered that the designer was Chantel Lauren and the closest store to me with the Loretta gown was Chelsea at Chantilly Couture. Now, she wasn't exactly close! I live in Dallas, Texas but when I spoke with Chelsea over the phone about the gown and making the trip to try it on, I felt so at ease and knew it would be worth the drive. My mom, two sisters and I drove down on a Friday and arrived at Chantilly Couture a little before my appointment. Chelsea greeted us and explained the layout of the store and invited us all to look through the dresses and pull anything that we thought might be my style even though we truly only came for the one dress! After pulling a few samples, Chelsea helped me into each gown, making me feel both comfortable and beautiful throughout the entire process. When I finally tried on the Loretta gown, I knew immediately it was the dress I would be walking down the aisle in! Chelsea pulled a few belts, veils and even had a bouquet of fresh flowers on hand for me to get a true idea of how the dress would look on the big day! My family loved it and Chelsea was patient and kind in letting me FaceTime my mother in law so she could be a part of the moment even though she wasn't able to join in person. Once I had nailed down my dress, Chelsea let me know of possible alterations the designer could make to slightly change the dress to my needs. She was never pushy about me making a purchase, never once made me feel inadequate or self-conscious about my budget and in the end she worked with me on the payment for my dress so I could have the dress of my dreams and still make payment on time. I cried when we got in the car because of the perfect dress buying experience and atmosphere that Chelsea had created for me! I wish that I had another reason to shop with Chelsea but the next best thing is telling everyone I know how incredible she is and suggesting you get yourself to Chantilly Couture if you are in the market for a wedding dress!! read more
