    Warranty purchased from rooms to go in 2021 for an adjustable bed base was voided because I moved. Purchase only if you own a home.

I called her that same day & informed her Progressive Insurance is giving me a better rate. She said she already canceled my auto pay. Today Allstate withdrew $456.11 on my bank account. I called Melena & she said she would email me a letter for my bank which she did. The amount on the letter was $454.61 to be refunded on my account in 24 hours. I emailed her back & ask her to change the amount to $456.11. I also ask her to email me a letter for the bank & the merchants to contact her for any non-sufficient funds that will be charge against my account in the event some outstanding checks are returned. I emailed her 4 times & she did not respond. I called Melena & she said she is busy & would not say when she can get around it. I called Allstate customer service & spoke to Chantal. She called Melena & told her the reason policy was not cancelled is because she put it on suspend & the letter for the bank & the merchants will be emailed before close of business today. Why would she suspend my policy which she never discuss with me by phone or email. I already emailed her to cancel my auto pay & called her the same day that I switched to Progressive ? I did not received an email letter for the bank & the merchants per my request.

    Highly recommend editing with this agent and team!…read more Getting in an accident is certainly not a pleasant experience but the team at John Crowell Allstate made it as painless as possible. They helped through the entire process and bent over backwards to make sure everything was sorted out before I had to head out of town on vacation. Things got a little tangled with the claim but they repeatedly reassured me not to worry, it would all be handled. They were accessible and promptly responded to every question and request. I hope I never have to speak with them again to file another claim, but at least I know they have me covered if anything does go wrong.

We were quoted a price for our boat insurance, added in our vehicles, and still have our home with them. We paid the year's policy in full as always, and now seven months have passed and this Allstate agency contacted us via letter to say we need to pay more for the boat or we will be cancelled. They said it was because we did not have our vehicles with them in 2024????? What has that got to do with anything? We supposedly got the "discount" due to adding the vehicles NOW. Do not deal with this office!!! We had to pay the additional monies or have the policy cancel, so they have us over a barrel. Dropped the vehicle insurance, (3 cars and a bike) and paid the additional on the boat. Ye olde bait and switch tactic. I will be leaving this info anywhere I can, on as many platforms as possible. NEVER have we dealt with an agency as dishonest. This agency is not BBB accredited-- no wonder.

    We inherited Heather as an agent after our original contact left this office. After year one, our…read morehomeowner/flood rates increased. We should have been advised this was state/industry-wide and to accept the increase, but when I requested a new policy we were not told or advised about anything at all. If we had simply kept our existing policy, we would have avoided paying more than DOUBLE the following year. The handling of new placement was disorganized and untimely and then we were almost immediately dropped from the 2nd policy because we did not actually meet criteria. We experienced a lapse in coverage before finally obtaining a 3rd policy with a new carrier. We had to babysit the office throughout the entire process. We had to pay for surveys and go through multiple inspections and ultimately put on a new roof (which is not their fault) but then went an entire year before discovering our wind mitigation discount was never applied, negating the new roof. At the end of the policy year we sent an email outline that no renewals were to be processed and that we'd be changing agents. The renewals were processed anyway without approval. Heather told us she was working on cancellations, then she said we had to sign papers, then she ignored us, then she told us there was nothing she could do to obtain a refund and ghosted us. I went around her, directly to the carrier, who easily cancelled the policy and issued a full refund with simple proof of our original email requesting non-execution. To add insult to injury, Heather then replied to the carrier disputing the cancellation entirely based on what she believed was lack of communication from us. This office is registered to Katie Little and she did not reply or reach out in anyway despite being copied on the last correspondence showing our cancellation issue and Heather's dispute. Never have I ever had such a terrible experience with a "professional" office. Anyone can pass an insurance license exam.... so please be diligent when dealing with this office.

Go with gieco or progressive they don't hassle you during your plan for paperwork they should have gotten taken care of from the beginning. And they will reinstate your plan after dropping u without your approval causing you to have a bill not allowing you to get further insurance. worst company I've ever dealt with 0 stars.
