There is also a Jimbo's grocery store and several different restaurants. Henry's and Parakeet Cafe are the newer additions to the existing lineup. The Forum hosts community events on major holidays as well as free workout events on the weekends. I recently went to their Art and Walk walkaround event and loved it, there were food samples from the participating restaurants, wine tasting and live music. Overall great vibes and fantastic event. The forum is a nice outdoor Mall with a relaxing vibe. It has a mix of high-end retail shops such as Johnny Was and regular atores such as ULTA and Urban Outfitters. The upstairs section does not have any retail shops but several spas, a nail salon, an urgent care, optometrist, dentistry, orthodontist, and a Yoga place. The Forum also has Apple store, several restaurants, SusieCakes, McConnell's ice cream shop and more. There are ample parking spots everywhere around the Forum. I'm giving The Forum shopping mall five stars for having a good mix of clothing, kitchenware, beauty and even an Apple Store. There are several fantastic restaurants and a cute coffee shop, Parakeet Coffee on the corner which is great, take my word for it. There's an ice cream shop and a natural food grocery all in the vicinity. Beyond the shopping you'll find some businesses such as a dental office, holistic neurology and orthodontics to name a few. I love this mall but their security guard gave me a ticket warning saying theyre going to tow my car the next time I park in a customer parking spot. The guy assumed I worked at a restaurant I didn't even go into If you go to this mall, do NOT wear all black because if you do the security guard might assume you're an employee of The Henry and threaten to tow your car. There is no security building that we could find or anyone to talk to about it, so guess I'm just on their hit list and risk my car getting towed if I ever come back to this mall! read more

I love this shopping center. It has so many cute little boutiques, and fun places to eat. The only negative is the parking can sometimes be a challenge. I love the forum! Such a great mall. There's so many different shops. Anything like makeup, home, clothes, apple, and many restaurants. The clothes stores are definitely high end, in fact all of the shops here are. This mall is definitely very classy and elegant. Sur la table and bed bath and beyond are great store for those kitchen and home accessories. Mac and ulta will fill your makeup needs. Clothing stores range from Tillys and h&m to your high end designer clothes. There's also a spa here along with a nail and hair salon. You can easily spend an afternoon here; there's so much to do. Not to mention the food! Casa de Bandini is definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants around. There's also casual eateries like which wich and cold stone. There's a beautiful koi pond that runs threw part of the mall and a dog water fountain with complimentary treats! The only downside here is parking, it can sometimes be very difficult to find a spot. Nice outdoor mall located border of Carlsbad and Encinitas. Lots of shops to visit. Coffee Bean, Apple, Anthropologie, Soma, Victoria's Secret, Sur La Table etc. close to freeway and to other stores (Target, Walmart, Home Depot). What I like about shopping here is that it reminds me of a smaller version of Fashion Island. Nice shopping plaza with a lot to see. Only negative is the lack of parking. You have to drive around for awhile until you find a spot. Surprisingly the Apple store here is not crowded so I had time to browse all the new techs. Lots of places for kids to play and eat at. There's also a puppet store with lots of interesting and delicate looking puppets. Worth checking out when you visit here. read more

I've been going to this shop for years but never really thought there'd be a Yelp listing for it? Anyway, I like this place because it's not as outrageous as the Premium Outlets. My husband and I stopped in at H&M for some new shoes for him located here the other day. I loved the stroll we had through this place, it's very pretty. We even stopped in at Jimbo's Naturally afterwards for some smoothies. I also love that it's dog friendly, there were drinking water fountains for dogs and dog treats. Lots of outdoor seating at a lot of the restaurants for pet owners and shops that are nice, but affordable enough to not make it so superficial. The place is clean and parking is ample, not much more I can ask for than that. read more

I went to Lululemon on 11-4-22 awesome experience. The only thing i didn't like or I can say felt I uncomfortable is when I went to the restroom. The janitor/cleaner was a male man Hispanic in the restroom cleaning. I was waiting outside for him to finish cleaning the female restroom. He notice I was waiting and told me to go in while he was inside wiping counters. I went in he did come out but I felt nervous for some reason. I went to the bathroom and came out he was inside cleaning the counters sink again while I was in the bathroom and other women and little girls went in when he was inside. Little girls without mom. I hope I am not being in the wrong with this. I felt uncomfortable.The bathroom doors have gaps you can see thru the gaps in the mirror. Women be careful! read more

Nice shopping center in Carlsbad. We came during the holidays to take pictures with Santa. The line was wrapped behind the buildings and the wait was nearly an hour long but the staff kept the experience orderly. The shopping options include Anthropology, Sur La Table, Loft, H&M, Soma, Victoria Secret, etc. so a little bit of everything. Nice center to stop and walk around of the shops are of interest to you. I love to stop by the "Wine Loft" for a glass of wine when shopping with girlfriends, a super quick "in and out" setting. Aside from the tourist-overrun Premium Outlets there is The Forum. The Forum shopping center is definitely the nicest shopping center in the area. Although it's not particularly large, the stores and restaurants it does have are quality. Additionally, the shopping center is well maintained and clean. The various fountains and landscaping add to the esthetic. Also, you can expect special events at Christmas and the doggie refreshment center is a nice touch. My favorite stores here include Anthropologie, Lululemon, Francessca's and Ulta. My favorite restaurant here is a Urban Plates. Parking can be a bit nutty so I usually skip the main thoroughfares and park behind Sur La Table (another favorite store). read more

This is a really nice mall in the neighborhood. It has a lot of stores that are very useful for us including the Apple Store, Panera, Cold Stone and of course Coffee Bean. Other stores/ restaurants we frequent include Buca di Beppo, Bed Bath and Beyond and Anthropologie (one of my wifes favorites). Some of the stores have changed since they opened, but for the most part they've held their own. Anyway, they have a great Christmas spirit during the holidays. They also host other special events for the community. Parking can be pretty hectic, but usually can find something close to where you want to go. I guess I never had a reason to since all the stores there you can find at Fashion Valley or UTC in Central San Diego. I do admit for a fairly small shopping plaza they had some good stores. There's an Apple, MAC, Lululemon, Johnny Was, Anthropologie, H&M, Urban Outfitters, Free People, Ulta, Madewell, Victoria's Secret etc. It's not huge at all but for a rather small outdoor shopping mall they packed in some good stores. If you want a cup of coffee, visit the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. When you need to cool off after shopping under the California sun, stop by Coldstone. My favorites are All Lovin' No Oven, Cookie Doughn't You Want Some, and Birthday Cake Remix. If you do not want to shop but need to get out, The Forum is a nice place to walk around. The architecture is aesthetically pleasing and there are wooden benches throughout the plaza. My kids favorites are the water fountain and the coy pond. It can get busy and with that, parking can be hard to find or in some cases, hard to do. It is still worth checking out. read more
