The new restaurant owner(s) already have a few places in the area and now, they will be putting in another restaurant to fill the space that was once occupied by a business that lasted 22 years. I really appreciate the parking lot because it is set up like a grid with intuitive flow throughout. Some modern commercial designers get all fancy creating labyrinth parking mazes, but not at Encinitas Town and Country.

Said my car was "blocking the way." Confirmed w/customers car was "not" in the way. I ask her to " leave me alone" and I would comply with her request once finished. Sonya responds " I don't have to." (Begins mentioning a complaint I made about other customers involving them moving their car). Sonya THREATENED to "EVICT" me w/ " 2 days to get my stuff out." Erik then confronts me to tell me "to leave, this is PRIVATE PROPERTY." Just paid them $160 day before. Thank you Sonya and Erik for your excellent customer service! Especially during this difficult time with COVID! The lack of respect and boundaries from Sonya is deplorable!! She has never been friendly, nor her lovely husband. I was struggling to find three different not so familiar products for an older client of mine and she went over and above to help me find them. She helped me to the right aisle and for one obscure product she used the CVS app to find where it was located and made sure I found it. I was so grateful for her help saving me so much time of wandering the aisles. I would have been there a long time without her help! Afterwards, I learned she didn't even work in pharmacy, but the beauty section, and yet she went out of her way to help me. She was very pleasant as well.
