After two months, at the end of my last treatment, they said they forgot to charge HST (over $200) which I would have to pay immediately. I ended up paying, and it left a very bitter taste. If you do buy packages from this business, double-check to make sure the price includes HST. --Update-- The response from the business doesn't make sense and isn't true: "you purchased our Black Friday special from outside Canada" I live in Toronto, and purchased this package while in Canada. The receptionist who dealt with this issue also told me that multiple people paid a promotional price that didn't include HST. I'm disappointed that the business didn't try to make things right, instead shifting the blame when it clearly wasn't my fault, and other customers were also affected.

There also wasn't as much explanation about the products being applied or the steps of the treatment, which would have enhanced the experience. The facial itself was fine-I can't really complain but the overall experience could have been more attentive and aligned with what I expected. Also note this spa isn't one where you go and wait in a nice room. You change right in the room you are having your treatment in. I was offered some tea but in a small paper cup but no time to really drink it because off I went into the room. Mind you, I did show up exactly at my facial appointment time.

I booked a $99 facial online and selected their soonest available appointment. It wasn't until after my treatment while paying that they let me know that this deal was expired and I now had to pay $135. What's worse is that they had a new facial deal going for $99 that was never offered to me instead. Essentially, I was never given the opportunity to switch facials or notified that my $99 facial that I booked I couldn't receive. This felt extremely deceptive and a bad business practice. I was super loyal to this business for facials but now I don't know if I will be back.

After recently moving to Guelph, I planned to continue supporting the company by ordering products online, as there is no storefront here. Unfortunately, my most recent online order was marked "delivered," but I never received it. The package was left unattended, and although a delivery photo was provided, I did not sign for or receive the parcel. When I contacted the company, they declined to reship or refund the order because the carrier marked it as delivered. My request to escalate the matter went unanswered. It's disappointing that a longtime customer was left to absorb the loss without any meaningful resolution. I valued this brand and intended to continue as a customer, but this experience has changed that.

Jeanette was professional, knowledgeable and she matched my personality. I particularly liked about her that she didn't push any of Spa's own and extensive, yet expensive line on me to but. She gave me a small ( but enough) supply of products I supposed to apply after procedure and overnight/ next day/ 24-48 hours, for free. I ended up purchasing a facial water ( specially formulated for after-procedure care), and I like that I had a choice to purchase different sizes of thos facial water. I purchased small, because I wanted to try it first. Overall, I fell at all time, welcomed, valued and appreciated. I especially like the feeling of being appreciated as customer by my esthetically and desk personel as well. I'll definitely return for Microneedling and/ or other procedure. i purchased the groupon for a glow express facial . it was a big discount ($39 instead of over…read more$100) but since it was an "express" facial i thought it would be 30-45 mins ; it actually ended up being over an hour which was great . i was a bit apprehensive about the word "klinic" not because of the spelling but because i was hoping that although it wasnt a spa that it would still be relaxing and not too ... "clinical" ;) turns out i was totally in luck . martina was very warm , relaxed and welcoming , and she seemed genuinely interested in my skin . it was a very nice space , and the atmosphere in the room where she performed the facial was well-appointed , comforting and serene . she didnt try to upsell me on any extra treatments , didnt push any products on me , and in fact gave me a recommendation for something that i can buy at the drugstore . it was so refreshing to deal with someone who was helpful and honest it was one of the best parts of the experience ! as for the actual facial , i have to admit that this was the first one ive ever had , but i am a pretty critical gal in general so despite my lack of experience if she werent a pro i would have noticed . it was , from what i understand , a typical but well-executed routine of cleansing , steam , extractions , mask , toning and moisturising . i have read in other reviews of facials that some people are put-off by having the esthetician leave the room during parts of the treatment . this didnt bother me at all ; she left the room twice for 10 minutes each time ; during the steam and during the mask , and i found it very nice and peaceful . i actually think i would find it awkward to have the esthetician stay in the room in silence with you for 10 minutes ! all in all , this was a really great experience for me and i already bought my sister the same deal as a gift ! i am hoping to return in the future and will recommend martina to anyone looking for a kind and skilled esthetician :)

I actually found the place on Groupon and because the procedure (Fraxel) requires more than 3 sessions, they offered to give the additional sessions I needed for the same Groupon discount price. I've been seeing some progress with my acne scars, but of course nothing drastic since it's just Fraxel. The technician is very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought packages for laser hair removal and IPL as well because of my good experience with Fraxel. She did burn my right underarm while doing laser hair removal but I couldn't really blame her 'cause I do have sensitive skin. Overall, my experience here is great so far and their clinic is very clean and the technology they use looks new and up-to-date (as far as I can tell).
