Nightmare Experience! 1) Tempsure Envy offered was a total waste of money. I was told it would "love it" and "so relaxing" and cost would be $450 for face and neck, I asked if Rupal (the owner) if she could add under my arm. The treatment was not pleasant, at times too hot on my skin and I told her to stop. After treatment I was charged $650 plus $350 for under arm (I was shocked at price!!!) and pressured to get a package of 5 treatments and then get one free. I could not afford it, this was crazy. I told her I can't afford the package, she was insisting to charge 1/3, but finally relented and charged 1/4 package price. I regret allowing her to charge my credit card (but is was hopeful to see a big difference in my skin) When I saw no difference and complained, she reduced to under arm to $249. I texted and emailed my lack of satisfaction and her charges. Finally after 2 months she agreed to refund the unused package price. I wanted a total refund and I am considering taking Rupal to small claims court. I think the treatment did not do anything to improve my skin and was a waste of $899 plus tax! My skin was flushed for an hour afterward the Tempsure Envy treatment, but no noticeable results the next day. Did nothing for under arms, neck or eye area. I am really unhappy. Complete waste of money!!! I asked for a total refund and she admitted it doesn't work on all people. I sent her screen shots of Civello salon website, package price of $337.50 for neck and face, and $175 for an additional large area. She didn't offer to price match. Go to Civello if you want to try Tempsure Envy for skin tightening, they are offering 1/2 price right now of posted price packages. 2) I also made the mistake of going to Rupal for skin tag removal. Salon smells like Indian food, no soothing music, uncomfortable wobbly treatment table, and I ended up sitting in a chair instead. Skin tag removal was a nightmare, no local anesthetic used, she had a numbing cream she tried at first but then stopped using, admitting numbing cream is ineffective. Hot poking needle burning tags off, I was yelping and squirming in pain. I needed frequent time out and breathing hard to overcome the pain. Smell of burning skin. I Rupal gave me an estimate of $600 for neck, chest, under arm and eye lids. The treatment was painful and I had enough, not all we're removed as promised and (many tags later healed and bumps are still there because they were not fully removed) Make sure you get a written quote before Rupal starts, and don't allow her to charge per tag. After the first skin tag removal procedure, I returned to get the remaining removed under my arm. I also had a few misses around my neck. Rupal said I had lots of tiny ones on my back that should be removed before they get larger. So I endured another torture session with no numbing cream. The shock was the price! She first added up the extra tags and tried to charge me $1200! I was shocked and she reduced to $940 plus tax! Other medi-spas charge $150 - 300 for skin tag removal. Rupal charged me $600 + $940 plus tax! And tags were not completely removed, bumps and scars remain where she attempted to remove them. She took photos of my back, I asked her for the photos so I can see what she did, confirm how many tags there were, how big they were and why she charged me so much. After numerous requests, she still refuses to provide photos. I also asked her for detailed invoice and finally did get them emailed. I am really unhappy with the results, the experience, the charges. I am considering taking Rupal to small claims court. I feel she scammed me. She offered to remove any remaining skin tags for free, but honestly I am too scared to go back.

My esthetician stepped out of the room for a while while my mask was on instead of giving me a scalp massage (as I expected). There also wasn't as much explanation about the products being applied or the steps of the treatment, which would have enhanced the experience. The facial itself was fine-I can't really complain but the overall experience could have been more attentive and aligned with what I expected. Also note this spa isn't one where you go and wait in a nice room. You change right in the room you are having your treatment in. I was offered some tea but in a small paper cup but no time to really drink it because off I went into the room. Mind you, I did show up exactly at my facial appointment time.

It wasn't until after my treatment while paying that they let me know that this deal was expired and I now had to pay $135. What's worse is that they had a new facial deal going for $99 that was never offered to me instead. Essentially, I was never given the opportunity to switch facials or notified that my $99 facial that I booked I couldn't receive. This felt extremely deceptive and a bad business practice. I was super loyal to this business for facials but now I don't know if I will be back.

The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. However, I was given a skin lighting cream to use in conjunction with my treatments and was not told that I needed to stop three days prior to my appointment. I was told to email the director to reinstate my appointment. In January he emailed me back and reinstated my appointment. I then went to the appointment he reinstated. As time passed I really wasn't satisfied with the service provided so I decided to leave a review a week ago. After my review the owner unprofessionally revoked my last treatment session coming up in May. This was a complete separate appointment with a different laser which I paid for separately from the one he reinstated. I have already paid in full and he has not provided me a refund. He decided to cancel my last upcoming appointment out of spite due to my bad review and is trying to link it to the missed appointment that he already reinstated in January (almost 5 months ago). I truly wish I had read reviews before booking at this establishment. My background as a nurse gives me a different perspective. Some staff members seemed underqualified, contributing to an uncomfortable environment from the beginning. During my second laser session, the nurse appeared unsure of how to use the laser and needed assistance. The procedure was incredibly painful, resulting in scarring. Despite assurances that this was normal, the pain was intense, and six treatments have not improved the scars. I need to mention that a-lot of 5 star reviews are misleading because the owner often reinstates appointments in exchange for reviews. While I understand that not every client will have a negative experience, it's crucial to take the poor reviews seriously. Sometimes the issues can be remedied by how it is handled. However, the way the owner handles issues at this company demonstrates a lack of professionalism and extreme immaturity. In response to any criticism, he decides to just cancel your appointments unethically.
