I have tried to contact the apartment complex OWNER but there is no number, name, or adress on file ... there is just an apartment manager, and her husband as the maintenance manager . If you are young be prepared to get ganged up on by both of them. They will not help you , charge you for things they say they did not , call you delinquents when you pay your rent . Say you have to pay eviction charges even though they took late payments for rent . The managment will hurt you , and hurt you bad ... but other than that , it is a great place to live in , quiet and kind people . You will not have to worrie about getting in Tennants bad sides because they all stay to themself. Honestly the quietest place I have ever lived . But for me at least , good or bad managment is a make it or break it for me. I have never been disrespected in my life by a manager . Expecially where I live!! I wish they would change managment, I would stay there for longer than 11 months . Oh that also reminds me , she will say she accidently put an 11 month lease on when it is suposto be a 12 month lease. She will put up papers on doors saying she is coming at one time , and be so late . Or not even give you a notice, they will just show up when they want. I definitely do not feel safe or comfortable at this place due to the managment . It is terrible and I will not recommend this place at all because of her! . She will make you pay for things , and later down on the road say you didn't pay for them . She is suposto be in her office 3 times out of the week and she normally is not there at all! . She does not answer phone calls , and she does not care to tell her tenants if she is going to be off work

No one knows what's going on the property manager is shady and has a bit of a hoarder issue. When I requested the money back manager was acting as if we only gave 1300 weeks had paper trail and kept everything. $1,000 was missing and was no where to be found, waited hours and kept trying to give other checks that were not mine or in my name. The real owner was finally able to pay after nearly a month waiting. If the owner had an idea of how or what really goes on there I'm sure there is some missing money and other major issues. We waited months until September when we demanded the 1st month rent and security deposit be returned. They had that deposit since march of 2025.

All I can tell you is that this is the right apartment building yet it is not the right manager. If you choose to rent here then get ready for the games and emotional turmoil it will bring. Please choose another place. The relationship between a tenant and a landlord is one of the most important things too a renter so you really need to beware of who that manager is. The level of games that are being played is beyond any normal life happenings . Some won't be affected yet most people will be damaged by a one year lease. Please don't waste your own time and sanity. Please believe me because I am her daughter and I have watched this crazy crap going on for a year now. The landlord was overeager to rent to us, but then she only showed up at the complex when it was time to pay the rent. Four months after we moved in, the building was condemned by the county for failure to meet required codes. The landlord then lied to us and said she didn't understand why the building was condemned when the only problem with our apartment was a droopy ceiling. There was obviously much more wrong with the complex if the county condemned the building. All of the residents were displaced, and it was very difficult to find a new apartment within the same price range. If the landlord ever does the required repairs on the building, I still would not live there nor recommend that anyone live there. We were told by one official that the landlord regularly fails to meet code but has always made the required repairs in record time.

She always asked for my name and number, leading me to believe that she probably never even wrote it down in the first place; and, when I was finally able to view the apartment, she "lost my number" to tell me that the apartment was already sold and that she could show me another one in the same area. Then she basically pushed it off until the apartment wasn't available anymore. Do not believe everything written about her in her bio on the company website, by my personal experience she is a flake.
