When we got to the art studio we met the owner, he was really sweet and very helpful. We decided to do the canvas however they have a lot of different options such as decorating a cutting board or even tumblers. The owner of the store was very helpful. He helped us pick out colors and we spoke about different design ideas. They have a lot of options on the walls to look at. he also taught us on how to pour out the fluid for the fluid art. I also thought it was so so sweet that he allowed me to get an upgrade on my canvas size for my birthday. This place would be a great place for a group activity to celebrate something fun. It would also be fun to go try again and again because they do have different items to choose from that you can decorate. This is a great activity for both kids and adults. It would also be a really fun date night. I can't wait to see what my art ends up looking like!

I recently attended a crafts class at Salt and Light Collective with my co-worker. I love how…read moreinviting and clean S&L is as well as how friendly the owner Marissa is. We took the D.I.Y. Wall Hoop Craft class which was taught by Maddie. Maddie walked us through how to make the wall decor, as well as shared tips and tricks with preserving flowers. We took turns, cutting the supplies and picking out the dried flowers for the arrangement. Salt and Light provided light snacks and drinks which was a nice gesture. The class took about an hour and the wall decor turned out lovely. I look forward to attending my next art/craft class at Salt and Light Collective.

The staff were very friendly and helpful making sure that everyone was being helped. Before we started they gave us all a full run down of how to make the clay pots and what signs to look out for. The group we went with all had a great time and we all made some really nice planters, i look forward to attending more class for pottery but they also offer so much more from painting, sketching, stain glass, and more. I wish the pottery class had a whee spinning option or perhaps more intermediate/advanced classes that would allow us more options but overall it was a great experience.
