Unfortunately, this is not the case. If you do not believe me then try getting someone to come out and give you a bid for a job. May I suggest flipping a coin to see if the landscaper will come out to bid, show up on time or present you with an acceptable quote for your job. I even had one person do some weed whacking on the front of my home in Mill Villa and never come back to get paid. He did such a lame job that I was debating whether to even pay him. Not so with James from Gibson Landscaping. James is as honest as the day is long. I watched him finish a job on Sunday morning for the pool at Mill Villa. He was so dedicated that he had to bring along his family as they were going to a function after. How many people would show up Sunday morning to finish a job?
