However, the food is delicious! And, the service is excellent! So, who cares that the name doesn't the environment? For an appetizer, we split an order of Gator Bites, with Remoulade Sauce (best I've ever tasted). We each had something different; Kristen had Fried Fish Platter, with Asparagus, and Cheese Grits. Chris had a Shrimp and Grits Bowl. And, I had my usual birthday (which was yesterday, and we had a May B'day Party (6 of us have/had a birthday) dinner, Fillet Mignon and Lobster, with a Baked Potato. While the service was great, and the food very good, I can't give them 5 Stars, as I ordered the fillet Medium Rare, and they cooked it, Well Done. :-( Now, I did tell our server about it. But, because I was so hungry, and because it was still pretty tender, I didn't return it. Nor, did they give me a discount. But, I'll definitely order from them, or come here again.

BUT, considering I have had nothing to eat since finishing the meal at around 1:30. The burger was delicious, and satisfied my cravings for a M&S burger. The fries were good, but not very hot. And, not heavily salted. Service was excellent! And, the waitress was very nice and, attentive. Unfortunately, she didn't have knowledge of the alcohol content of their Draft and IPA beers (the names definitely sounded woohoo), I went with a Peach Margarita. Staff and establishment were fine but the seafood had very little flavor. With the exception of the fish it was cooked well just no flavor. The fish was 75% batter. Some areas nothing but a flat chunk of batter. Food was hot but didn't hold up to our previous experiences here. Hushpuppies and dessert were still excellent. We will try again. Hopefully it was just a one off, bad night for the chef.
