Despite the low scoring reviews, and several months have pasted since the last review, I decided to give them a try, as I've never been here (or any other one in this chain) before. So, using K&G delivery, I had them deliver the, house sampler, for my dinner tonight (and hopefully lunch tomorrow, or Saturday). And, because I had it delivered, I can't comment on the service. Since it's a sampler appetizer with 4 different items, I'm going to score each one separately. And, rank them from Worse to "Best". 1. Ultimate Nachos: A better name would be, Ultimate Disaster. Despite arriving still hot (a rarity with food delivery services), and the veggies fresh, this was a congealed mass of stale, and, tough chips, and whatever sauce the use on it. As much as I hate to waste food, the rest of this, is heading for the trash can. So for sure, I'll not order these again. .5 Star 2. Onion Rings: Like the Ultimate Nachos, these were still very warm, and didn't reheating. However, despite the crispiness of the coating, in some spots, it tasted like I was getting raw batter. Had it not been for this, I would have found them to be very good. But, as is, it barely qualifies for 2 Stars. 2 Stars 3. Boneless Chicken Wings: The wings (Mild Sauce) arrived hot, and crunchy. Yet, despite the flavor from the sauce, the meat of the wings was bland. But, as someone who's had Chicken Wings from many different places, these weren't the worst that I've had. However, I don't think I'll order these again. 2.5 Stars 4. Mozzarella Sticks: For me, these were the best of the 4 items in the sampler. While not as crunchy as some others that I've had, these were still pretty good. Especially when dipped in the marinara sauce that was hot, temperature wise. 3 Stars Even with throwing out the nachos, there's enough for a lunch tomorrow, or Saturday. Then we waited another 45 minutes for our wings. The wings were not very good. I talked to the manager about how long we had waited and were still waiting. She apologized and made excuses. I did not have the best experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. The hostess was friendly and the waitress was skilled but the kitchen and bartender failed miserably. Our food was served lukewarm at best and was greasy. The Bird Dawgs are misleading. They are a small chicken strip in the middle of a bun that is too big. The photo on the menu does not represent what is served. The bartender did not have the stock to make menu items that we wanted or standard bar drinks. The night was a bust. read more

I ordered a 6 piece boneless with fries covered in lemon pepper dry rub. First of all, I got there when the estimated time was which was like 20 minutes from when I placed the order. I then had to wait 10 more minutes for the food to come out. I waited that long for my wings to be room temperature and I was giving old fries there wasn't a hint of freshness to them. We used to come here a lot for wing night but it's been a long time (many months) since we've eaten here. It was always kind of hit or miss on the quality by overall we used to enjoy the boneless wings and our server at the time. I never felt compelled to write a review until now. We recently dined in for lunch with a large party for a friend's birthday. We weren't in a rush because we know it takes time with a big party. My husband and I were nice and considerate. Our server put in a 1/2 order of cheese curds which is not what we ordered. We thought we were getting a full order. Probably for the best because they tasted horrible. They were burnt and incredibly greasy. My husband and I each ordered a burger and we told our server we didn't want anything but meat, cheese, pickles and bacon on the burgers. No sauce or anything else other than mustard and ketchup. They came out fully loaded. We told him that's not what we wanted and his response was that if we wanted them remade it would take a while. Ok.. that's fine. We weren't in a rush, we just wanted what we ordered. They came back out about 10 minutes later and looked good but they were covered in the bacon mayo. I'm not as picky as my husband so I went with mine but he can't eat it so he sent it back again. Within minutes the manager brought the same burger out to him and immediately started with an attitude, telling us we didn't order our food right and we should have just ordered a plain burger and added bacon. Triple bacon burger sounded like 3 pieces of bacon but apparently the mayo is considered a bacon. She was very rude and told us there was only one person in the kitchen cooking besides her and she made the burgers. I told her sorry, but they already came out wrong the first time. She continued with her attitude and someone our table spoke to her and said she had to right to talk to us like that. My husband told her not to worry about it and that he just wouldn't eat. She stormed off and said she would just comp our meal. Not what we asked for but whatever. I decided to try my burger. I was going to pay for it but one bite in and I could tell it was RAW. Not edible in my opinion. The bacon tasted great but I couldn't bring myself to eat the burger or ask for another remake. Someone else at the table next to us had the same problem with a raw burger. It was even worse than mine. We won't be coming back here anytime soon. Other issues at our table: some sauces never came out and silverware was placed directly on the dirty table menu after most people were already done with their food. Buffalo Wild Wings just opened up a new restaurant in Milledgeville. I was excited to give them a try as I've had B Dubs before and it was a great place to watch a game and have a few drinks. Well we visited this new location and were a little disappointed. The place looks super nice with big screens all over the restaurant and a great selection of draft and bottled beer in addition to the full bar. But the food was just ok; you'll get better wings downtown at one of the local restaurants. Not to mention also cheaper since wings are $1 each at Buffalo Wild Wings; that's a lot for a wing, $19.99 for 20 wings.The beer prices are also a little expensive as well. Service at this restaurant really needs improvement and servers need additional training. After we were seated we waited for a while before our server came over to greet us, then when he did we gave him our drink order (beers and waters) and our appetizer order. It took him so long to bring us our drinks that we had already received our appetizer. When he did come back with the drinks we were ready to order, but I guess he was in the weeds as he ran off and came back 5 mins later to take our dinner order. We ordered our wings which came out relatively fast and they were ok, but our beers were empty and our server never came back to see if we needed a refill on beer and water. After we had finished dinner he showed up asking if we wanted another drink, but by that time it was too late and the restaurant lost money because we would have ordered another round had he came back sooner. I think this place might be ok once they get some kinks worked out and figure out a decent business model for their customers. The wings are not good. Amici's is the clear favorite in Milledgeville. Just ask around. The restaurant is incredibly noisy and the servers get on the loudspeaker to announce pointless things. It's expensive. It's slow. It's a "gun-free zone" which will go over horribly in this town. That's bad business around here. Keep your personal views out of your business. I will lawfully carry my firearm and maintain my right to defend myself and my family elsewhere. I will not go back and I expect this restaurant to close within a year or so. My mom and I went there for her birthday lunch today and were immediately seated. However, after waiting 20-30 minutes, we still had not been asked our drink order. The waitress in our section (a blond girl in her early 20s) passed by our table at least 10 times during the time that we were there, looked right at us, and walked right by us without saying a word. When a big group was seated after us (about 6 people), she immediately went up to them and took their drink order as well as their food order. When my mom and I finally had enough and walked out, no one even noticed- including the waitress that was assigned to our section who was busy talking to another employee when we walked right by her. Not only am I upset that the service was absolutely horrendous, but I was trying to take my mom out to celebrate her birthday as she loved BWW. We have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings prior to this visit. I work in the food industry, so I understand some things are beyond your control at times, however our visit was miserable. I often never complain but this location will decline if the service stays as our was. We came in and was greeted promptly and was seated without wait, our server was A***a We explained that we had never been there before, but i think she could have cared less. She did not take time to explain the menu at all. We told her we needed more time to decide since apparently we were on our on trying to figure out the menu. After we ordered we waited and waited and waited, the restaurant was not busy at all, there were only a few tables at the time. We waited for food for probably 45 mins. The fries were great! My husband's burger was overcooked as well as all of our chicken, we did not complain partly, because our waitress never come back to ask how our food was! The manager on duty looked liked she could have cared less as well. I understand people have bad nights, but theirs made us pretty much say we would not return. My wife and I have been to the Milledgeville location 3 times. It is very expensive for what you get unless it's "Half Price" day. The service has never been good....usually a pretty girl that has a little too much ego and doesn't listen, gets in a hurry, and messes up the order. We both got sick from the wings this last time....I thought they tasted a little different, kinda just covered in sauce but bland meat. The one off I-75 in Macon is way better. When this Buffalo Wild Wings first opened, they were great! Everything was done in a timely manner, waiters/waitresses were friendly and would constantly check to make sure everything was up to par. When he brought the appetizer, my husband had to ask for a refill on his drink. Now, I understand if you're busy and everything, things slip your mind, however, they were NOT busy. There were maybe 3 other tables in the area. My husband ordered wings, with a side of ranch. When he brought our food, I realized that he had brought me the wrong thing (I ordered potato wedges and he brought fries...not really a big deal, but not what I ordered). He then proceeded to ask my husband if he wanted and ranch or anything with his wings, and he said ranch. We ate and the food was decent....he never got his ranch, nor did the waiter even consider refilling his drink. I happened to look over and saw our waiter sitting at a table showing a group of people something on his phone, probably pictures, but that's not the point. When my husband had to ask for the check, it took him another 10 mins to bring it to us. My husband and I are usually really generous tippers....we understand that waiting his hard work and that you should be compensated for such work. This was the first time we ever left $0 for a tip.
