I had a positive experience working with this firm until today when I had a brief interaction with their female receptionist who spoke to me with a condescending tone immediately followed by a text message sent to my phone saying case-related communications should be directed to my assigned team only, not the sales lines. Yes Veronica, I am fully aware of that... Hence why I called asking to speak to someone from my assigned team. Did that go over your head? When a firm has several phone numbers and extensions, it can sometimes be a confusing process to get in touch with the right person. It's also confusing when one person is says "he's out to lunch, try calling back in an hour" and another person says "he'll get back to you within 24-48 hours." She acted like I called to ask personal questions. I simply asked her to direct me to the right person. Please work on being patient with clients. Client Abuse Disguised as Legal Advice!! I'm formally requesting a refund from The Fullman Firm for legal fees I paid toward my AMEX case -- which I ended up resolving on my own in under 10 minutes, with far better terms than what their lead attorney, Christopher J. Peters, told me were "fantasy-land" and "impossible." Yes, the exact outcome he told me to stop asking about -- I achieved myself, without their help. This was my first time being sued, and instead of being guided or supported, I was talked down to, dismissed, and made to feel like a burden for asking fair, reasonable questions. Mr. Peters' tone was consistently aggressive and condescending -- totally unprofessional for someone in his position. Here are actual quotes from him, all saved from their client portal: * "Seriously Leon? How many times do I have to tell you that is never going to happen?" * "Even 5 YEARS INTEREST FREE (which Amex literally never does) is $433 a month." * "Asking over and over for a miracle won't change this." * "I will not answer this question again." * "We're not going to waste more time on your impossible expectations." * "Sign a stipulated judgment or deal with this yourself." That last line sums up how I was treated: not as a client, but as a problem. Instead of advice or advocacy, I got sarcasm, dismissiveness, and pressure to settle on their terms -- not mine. To be fair, Alyssa and Andrea from the firm were respectful and helpful. But Mr. Peters' conduct left me feeling bullied and unsupported during one of the most stressful times in my life. I paid this firm to represent me. What I got was hostility, poor communication, and the exact resolution I was told would never happen -- achieved on my own. The Fullman Firm should take responsibility for how I was treated and refund my legal fees. And if you're considering hiring them, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. read more

I found them through "google" spoke to them about and issues dealing with a "judgment" sounds like money over customer service is what mattered sadly! I spoke to someone told them of my issues and was told "yes, we handle these situations you pay us and we'll make it go away "there words not mine". Few days later I was refunded my money which was a good thing, however they told me "oh we don't handle cases like these good luck". Am I disappointed? Yes, now I have to start from square one!!! I called The Fulman Group after submitting detailed documents about my case. Adam was initially polite and seemed interested, especially when I mentioned the improper service issue. That changed the moment I tried to explain the facts of my own situation. He repeatedly cut me off, raised his voice yelling "Stop! Stop!" and became extremely condescending. He literally told me I had nothing useful to say and compared me to a patient trying to diagnose themselves to a doctor -- while I was calmly explaining key timeline details about service of the money judgment. I had not yet retained the firm or paid any retainer. For someone soliciting upfront payment on a serious matter involving my credit and livelihood, this level of disrespect and inability to listen is completely unacceptable. If you want an attorney who will actually hear you out instead of talking over you and belittling your input, look elsewhere. I walked away immediately and will be taking my business to someone who treats prospective clients with basic respect. Edit: The reply is pathetic. I provided Adam with a comprehensive case summary, key court documents (including Proofs of Service, the $0 writ application, and the judgment), text messages from the landlord and my roommate, and emails. This was more than enough to understand the central issue: defective service on the money judgment after an illegal self-help lockout. During our call, I was calmly trying to explain the timeline when I was repeatedly cut off. I was not consulted, I was talked at. The proposed upfront cost of $1700 is laughable. A prospective client deserves basic respect and the opportunity to speak for more than a few seconds during a consultation -- especially on a matter involving their credit and livelihood. I was prepared to pay the retainer and move forward, but the condescending and dismissive demeanor made it clear this was not a good fit. I stand by my original review. Don't use these lawyers- call the creditor yourself and settle your own debt. They are so disrespectful and treat you like garbage. These lawyers are low-class and speak to you like trash. Attached a photo. Sam D. referred to himself as a "Benz" and other firms as "Honda civics" on a call and I literally terminated my contract the next day. Christopher Peters is even worse. Presented a settlement of $680/month along with a lumps sum payment of $2400. I settled the debt myself for $200/month myself but calling the creditor. I hired The Fullman Firm to assist me in a lawsuit with Well's Fargo bank. I owed WF $30,000 & they garnished $13,000 from my bank account. I still owed them slightly more than $16k.
