For 13 years, I dealt with the burden of Student Loans. I went through absolute hell with Sallie Mae/Navient. Their practices drove me into financial ruins that left me with a debt into the six figure range. I research every possible way to deal with these loans. Let me be clear..these are private loans. Federal loans should continued to be paid on because Uncle Sam can garnish wages and withhold Social Security. Lenders will tell you have no options for repayment. My wife had an account (credit card account) with Citibank that had been transferred to a debt collection company, Calvary. I was recently sued but was not aware that I was sued due to moving to a different state. Not knowing that there was a lawsuit against me, I lost and was subsequently soon after I was sent a Notice of Judgement. In comes Mr. Peters. It wasn't only that Mr. Peters got the judgement removed which saved me 600k (the equivalent of saving someone's life!) but the process by which he was able to do so. In past experiences hiring attorneys, there were always multiple issues and in the end, I was never happy with their performance. You bet 5 stars if there was six it would be 6 So here is the deal if you are here then at some point you got a collection letter or you were at the store to buy a gallon of milk went to use your bank card to only find out it was declined for insufficient funds ,with that pondered look on your face in front of cashier and a phone call to the bank to find your account had been seized by a debt collector ... It is personal and stressful thing ,do not worry about how you got there when you call them because that is not really there concern to them as it is how to get you out of your problem fast and reasonable ,Time is money for you and them . Definitely two thumbs up for the Fullman Firm! I was being sued for an old debt that was bought from another company and were now trying to collect on it. I definitely did not want the hassle of filing an answer and dealing with the stress of going to court and filling out mounds of paperwork. I would definitely recommend this firm! My attorney was Sam and he did a wonderful job! When I received a wage garnishment notice for a debt that was almost 10 years old, I was completely baffled. I had co-signed on a auto loan that I never had possession of. II had no knowledge that the creditor had a judgement against me. I had a very disappointing experience with Fullmin Firm Legal Group, particularly with lawyer Joseph. Initially, I sought help for a debt of around $1,200. However, Joseph inaccurately listed my debt as $2,779 on the invoice, which was simply not true. After terminating their services, I discovered that my actual debt was indeed only about $1,200. I paid a $990 retainer fee, and later Joseph called with what he described as "great news"--he had supposedly secured a payment plan for me. This seemed like a basic task that I could have handled myself by just contacting the debtor. To my dismay, he claimed he had saved me money, but this was misleading. After already paying the firm $900, Joseph informed me that I would need to pay an additional $300 for his "services," even though I still had to pay the original debt of $1,000. In the end, it felt like I spent $900 for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend Fullmin Firm Legal Group based on my experience. read more
