It was the most pleasant experience with Joshua from the initial inquiry to setting up and picking up. We had the Fun Claw for my daughters Spooktacular 4 birthday party and let me tell ya, it was the ish!! we couldn't have had a better attraction!! Although it was a mad house with the kids taking turns it was sooo much fun and the kids got to take multiple turns and take home multiple prizes! Joshua gave us the option of having the machine filled with a ton of plushies that fit were our daughter's favs plus we were able to include additional toys, and capsules which we filled with money and goodies!! I find these claw machine very creative to have at parties and especially weddings. Our theme was pokemon so I pre-bought pokemon plushes to add to the machine but fun claw does have options for them to provide toys or plushies for the machine. Working with Josh was extremely simple, cordial, and professional. The process was extremely simple. Contacted Josh, signed contract, send small deposit. Then the day of the event, he texted 30 minutes before the event to keep me updated about his whereabouts, and I had designated a space for him. Josh had filled it up with some really great gifts. The dolls that he had were soft and squishy. There were some rubber balls, the kids really enjoyed playing with it, some really good quality small squishable toys, and a few beanie babies. These gifts were a lot better than I thought. Honestly, didn't expect the balls to do so well, but they loved it. Overall, the claw machines are not like the scammy ones you see on the streets. Josh will explain to you, during setup, how difficult he can make the game. This is what makes it so great. The kids are actually winning, some on their first try, but most on their 2nd/3rd try. He got back to me within the day via email and then we switched to texting which was more convenient. He is very straight forward and easy to work with on what type of machine you want, the types of plushies and the cost. Joshua is very transparent and flexible in how you want the claw machine to arrive as well. I wanted it to be a surprise for my wife for our wedding and it went so smooth that my wife only realized there was a machine there right before our Grand Entrance!
