Premier got me in for a consult, set me up for an ultrasound and a follow-up consult in which they told me I had venous insufficiency, blood was back flowing down my leg but also lymphoedema, blood was leaking though the thin walls into my foot/ankle. Their plan was to refer me to a local physical therapy business for compression/massage treatment and training to eventually do this myself. I was told I would be contacted by them in a couple of days. Over 2 weeks have passed and no one has contacted me. I've left messages for the PA. that saw me but no one answers the phone or returns calls. They've already billed me for the 2 consults; that office communicates well. I can't get a shoe on that foot, I can't do much of my job at work, I can't do work I need to do at home. I researched and bought a compression sleeve to help but it hasn't. The pain is constant and at times severe. I'm afraid I'm going to lose my leg but I can't even get a call or a person to answer the phone. I've spent hundreds and have gotten nothing; it's all about the money for them. No compassion, no sense of urgency, no professionalism.
