I only gave the second star because they were "nicer" while treating me horribly! I was the last patient of the day, everyone wanted to go home, but my oxygen levels were low and I continued, in and out of sleep, to tell them that something was wrong. Instead of treating me, they gave me a plastic breathing apparatus, put me in a wheelchair while still half asleep and vomiting, and took me to the car so that they could call it a day!! The ironic part to all of this, is that I explained to them the reasons for my anxiety upon arrival! They smiled and claimed to be different. Well, the only thing "different" is that they treated me like garbage with a smile on their face. 48 hours post-op, and my oxygen levels are still fluctuating between 91-94!! My own fault, and a problem that I will have to handle alone. I cannot stress enough my advice to forego ALL day surgery centers!!

He has a gentle bedside manner that makes you feel safe and comfortable. He spent quality time with me explaining everything and made sure I was on the right track with my care and medications. Never been to an office where your lab tests are done right there in the office. It is so convenient and efficient. Results were back in a day to a couple of days, not weeks. That is completely unheard of where I came from. The staff are so nice, working well with each other and treat you with respect. If you are sick or have an emergency, they work you in quickly on such short notice. It took weeks in California sometimes even months to get in. In the 4 years I've been under Dr Grays care, I never experienced that problem or any other problems. I highly recommend Dr Gray and his staff for your care. Wait times…read morewere certainly longer the past few years, as COVID precautions prompted employers and schools to have doc proof of being COVID-free. They were absolutely swamped but I personally still felt that they had an organized system that was very conscious of patient and staff health. They even have a few exam rooms that have outside/separate entrances and will call you in from waiting in your car. Now that many precautions are lifted, it seems wait times are more normal. I checked in (Oct. 2022) on the Solv app via my phone and it shows wait time and where you are in line. The office called me when they were ready for me to come into the lobby and head back for vitals. It was right at my scheduled appt. time. Front desk staff was very friendly. Then, Pam brought me back and took my vitals prior to April heading in to examine me and chat about symptoms and causes. She was very thorough, patient, and kind. Sometimes, you feel like just another number in a medical office, but it is clear this staff genuinely cares about patients and their health. I only came to urgent care because my GCP is booked out several weeks(even for sick visits) and I was miserable. However, April mentioned several people use her at UC instead of a general care practitioner...and I'm not surprised. Co-pay might be pricier at a UC facility but the experience was as painless as a doc visit can get. I will only use this office when I have an urgent care need instead of others closer to home.

But anything…read moreelse and he'll tell you, and I quote "I'm just a family doctor, I don't know how to help you". I heard this twice from him when I was begging him, desperate for help (referrals? Another different test to do? Disability paperwork filled out) This man made everything so difficult for me that I would have panic attacks and not be able to open his secure message responses to questions I asked for days. Because the answer was always "no" or him doubting me or making this process of trying to get something complicated diagnosed even harder by making me argue for every single thing. Like filling out short term disability paperwork when I was going on FMLA leave. Everything was already hard and he made it harder. The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.
