If I could give them a negative ten I would. I I was originally looking at a table set and messaged someone online about the material about the chairs and I got...the page just says fabric. Wow thank you I can read, clearly your under qualified for your job. I wouldn't have messaged you if I didn't wanna know what kind of fabric but I guess that was too much for you to process. I finally chose another table set got the date of when it was supposed to show up the time was 12-7. The delivery guys didn't sho up until 8:30 at night to not even have my table. I had to contact the store to find out they don't even deal with online orders and all I got told was well you have to call where ever you ordered it from, no number to call no information, just hung up on. The next day I had to contact them again to find out it was supposed to be dropped off and it was supposed to be 12-2, I call again it's ten mins of 2 and again no call from anyone and I am pissed I say I want a refund, the owner gives me attitude says fine I'll give you a refund and has the nerve to hang up on me. Absolutely unprofessional, disorganized, these people don't know their ass from their below. Don't waste your time or money. Go to jordans and spend the extra money. Oh and by the way they charge you and extra hundred to bring it in the house and not even assemble it, you have to do all the work. Enjoy! read more

Update: The couch was taken to the warehouse and "fixed". The back of the couch now feels like it's kinda jiggly and not secure but I can live with that as long as the floor isn't being destroyed. They took a week to fix it so from start to finish it took around three months to have it all worked out. I think you get what you pay for and I have learned my lesson for next time. They could have at least been a little more knowledgeable and responsible so I wouldn't have had to chase down everyone in the company to have this fixed. read more

Horrible service. 300 for a besframe. it broke within a week sent out repairmen who came and did a shoddy job of fixing it. Broke again within one month. Asked for a refund, nope cant do that, then I asked to just atleast send guys over here to take the bed apart and get it out of my apartment and apparently thats not there responsibility. Terrible costumer service no english speaking at all and just send you around in circles till you give up. This company puts unauthorized advertising signs in places they are not supposed to. In my rural town (Scituate) we have a rule that no temporary/portable signs are allowed. And this company which is a couple towns away put up dozens all around town many of which were on private property without any prior authorization. The absolute worst furniture store in the state! Ordered a dining room table and chairs and confirmed they were going to be the correct chairs I wanted as seen in their ad. When table and chairs were delivered they were the wrong chairs and only five not six chairs were delivered , I was promised the right chairs should be delivered in the next few days. Fast forward to four days later I called the store and they said the warehouse was going to deliver them and pick up the wrong chairs, never heard from them so had to go in person to the store and see what was going on. Sales person (male) very argumentative but said we would get this resolved after he called the warehouse, later that day he calls me and says they don't have the chairs and it will be a few weeks before they come in so then he offered to have them pick up the table and chairs . One month later I get a credit card bill for $427.00 they are trying to charge me for delivery and the warranty i got for the table so I have to go through a dispute and fight them for this since they lied to the credit card company and said they told me to bring back the warranty which they never did more lies. Stay away from this cheap tacky store horrible customer service I'd rather pay full price at Cardi's or Jordan's where the customer service is excellent. read more

I went to the Warwick store looking for a TV stand. Was so excited I found the perfect one. Told the lady I wanted the one on the floor, already put together. She said they will only give floor model if that is the last one they have. So she called other stores and that was the last one, so she said I can have that one. And I set up delivery for Friday. They deliver the piece, I was working my mother calls me asking if I knew it has to be put together?? I said NO ! I called the store and asked why I was getting one I have to put together when I clearly stated I DONT WANT IT IF I CANT HAVE THE ONE ON THE FLOOR , I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO BUILD IT. Lady on phone was like well we found a new in the box one. I said but I didn't want that one because I couldn't pit it together. She was pretty rude. I said good customer service would of been to call me telling me of the switch and she said No. Why would we call you? Oh geezer I don't know maybe cuz I'm thinking I'm getting one thing but now your sending me what I did not want she calls general manager and they agreed to send someone out to put it together. This was one of the best experiences I have had buying something EVER. We went in looking for a Mattress because we were kind of done being bombarded by sales people. We went in here and there was a nice older lady who greeted us and asked us what we needed and we told her we were just looking. She said let me know if you need anything. Well We found a mattress we liked. I told her that we were interested and she went over everything with us! She was awesome! SANDRA is the best!! She helped us with everything and even made sure that we got a Saturday delivery right after we moved into our new house! SHE went above and beyond for us and has gained a customer for life! If it wasn't for her and her awesome personality we would have most likely went somewhere else but she was just incredible! She treated us like we were her family! She said Mattress and box spring would be delivered between 5-10PM. We gout or delivery at 4:30!! I know she called them to make sure she got it to us ASAP! My first thought was that the employees were laid back, which is nice at any store with salesmen, but I was mistaken. As it turns out, there isn't an employee at this terrible excuse for a "business" who cares about or knows what customer service is. My wife and I bought a sofa, loveseat, and rug from the store and after they cancelled our delivery about two weeks after we gave them $1500. They were so quick to take our money upfront but delivering 30 minutes down the road soon became a problem, especially when the delivery driver "won't show up to work". Which is the excuse we got along with the obnoxious "customer service representative", when she called to tell us our delivery was cancelled and to also TELL us when they would deliver our items at their convenience. Once it finally arrived they actually got our order wrong, so we had to drive back to the store, where we were told a manager would be available to speak to. Once we get to the store we were greeted by a saleswoman who then told us our complaints "weren't that big of a deal" and therefor did not merit a call to the manager, and definitely not even an attempt to call because it was her day off. Then to get the things we payed for and payed for delivery I had to remove from the store and transport them home with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. Oh also we got no refund or even an apology, just an argument with an employee who clearly does not care, because she works for a business that does not care. NEVER GOING BACK! read more

I ordered a couch and the price was very reasonable. The manager that helped me with the purchase was also very nice. We scheduled the delivery for a saturday that immediate weekend, and the delivery time was between 5-11 pm (they couldn't give me a more definite time). I had to take a day off of work to wait for the furniture, and it never came. I called the store at 9:45 pm that night (they close at 10) just to check if anyone was gonna come, and no one picked up. No calls or anything informing me about my delivery. I called the store the next day and the person is charge has no idea what was going on and told me the manager who helped me would be in the next day. I called back the next day and she rescheduled the delivery date (I had to take another day off of work). She said she would get back to me the next day as soon as she finds out what happened with the initial delivery date. never did. I had to call them every day for the next week to find out what happened, finally they said there was not enough people delivering that day which is why they never made it, but didn't bother to give me a call to tell me they were not coming. Eventually my couch got here, on another date at 9 pm. I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded because I wasted a day waiting for them and they never showed up the first time. The same manager Toby said she will ask her higher up and get back to me because she can't make the decision. never did, and i couldnt reach her. I kept calling everyday and finally some regular employee told me if i come in that day he could do the refund for me. So i drove an hour back there just to get the delivery fee refunded. Worst customer service!! We purchased a dresser and chest from the Pawtucket location. On the day of the purchase, our sales woman talked us into paying the delivery charge (even though my boyfriend's friend who was WITH us had a truck and could have helped us) by assuring us that the delivery men would help us arrange the furniture and carry it up our steep staircase. Being five months pregnant, I was sold. Then comes the day of the actual delivery. Not only did the furniture come FILTHY (I mean, disgustingly dirty) and SCRATHCED, but the delivery men refused to help us arrange it or even take it out of the box, claiming they "don't do that" AND THEY LEFT THE FURNITURE UPSIDE DOWN. My poor boyfriend had to do it all himself being that I couldn't help him lift it. What a joke. When we brought this up to the SAME person who assured us they would help us, she claimed she "never said that." Excuse me???? DO NOT GO HERE. Don't be fooled by the prices because you'll be buying double the furniture in the end. I bought an entire bedroom set and two recliner couches from here about 1 year ago. This was my first time buying furniture for myself so I thought I was getting a good deal. I totally wasted my money. The bed frame was the first to go...not even lasting a few months before the supportive pieces underneath broke and I had to adapt it and use wooden blocks instead (I later tried giving the frame away for FREE and everyone who came to look at it said it was too much trouble....I ended up throwing the piece of junk out). Also, after a few months the springs in the recliner couches started popping out so you could feel them when you sat down. A year later, one side of the love seat is stuck in recline and won't lock closed. Do not buy here. Go to Bernie and Phyls down the street. They have some nice bargains and the furniture is of a higher quality. read more

Frustrating experience trying to get the furniture I ordered delivered. Part of the order was delivered. I was told the rest was coming later that day, it never came. I was then told it would be delivered on Monday between 5 and 10, another wasted day waiting for them. No one even bothered to call to tell me it wouldn't be coming. One person said the truck broke down, another said she couldn't get in touch with the driver to see if it was on the truck. Now they say tomorrow, so more waiting around. At this point I doubt it will be here when they promised. It's very unprofessional in my opinion. The delivery people who delivered part of my order were unprofessional as well. The pretty much dropped it in the house and took off. They never even bothered to have me sign for it. I told the store to just pick everything up if they couldn't deliver the entire order, and they tell me they can't do that. No one seems to care that they have horrible customer service. The people in the location where they deliver from act like you're bothering them just because you want your stuff. Everyone seems to have an uncaring attitude. I am so upset with the service I just recieved at warwick, ri furniture depot. Two weeks ago I purchased a bed for my daugther and was told that I will recieve it by the 1st, today is the 2nd and I have not recieved the bed and is yet to be told when I will recieve it. I was very specific to tell them that I needed the bed in my house by the 3rd since it's my daughters birthday gift. The fact that I have not recieved the bed is not the worst part.. While speaking to the sales person she was so ignorant and rude. She had the nerve to ask what was the rush for the bed if my daughter was sleeping on the floor or something.. That just made matters worst and I told her my daughter is not sleeping on the floor and who cares why I needed the bed because I paid for it and was told i will recieve it for a specific day so I did not have to tell her why I needed the bed at all. I knew that I was not going to have a good experience the day I walked in the store and I stood in front of this same sales person and waited for at least 5-10 min till she finished her so obvious personal phone call. I almost walked out but my daughter really wanted the bed so I just stayed. I am so dissatified with the service that if it wasn't for the fact the bed is already paid for I would of just canceled the order. read more
