Our lease is 15 month long and we are definitely staying here for a minimum of 2 more terms. From day one we've been treated with respect and care. Errick the manager has been here since we moved in. Sully and Melanie joined a bit later. The front team has been nothing but help all this time! Super responsive and attentive. We've never had ANY issues with the apartment. They change the ac filters, do maintenance checks, keep the place super clean. The landscape is great as well. Pool and Jacuzzi is great and no non residence can be in there. Cameras all over. Super safe! We have a few policemen who live here. Secure garage is also available. Gym, yoga room where once a week James teaches yoga, pet spa, valet trash pick up 5 days a week. They always treat us with special events and food trucks. Omg you name it! What an amazing place! My 15 year old daughter absolutely loves living here. It's a walking distance to nearest cafes and grocery shops and local dining. So she can walk around with friends without needing a ride. My boyfriend and I did not see the apartment before moving in, which is always a gamble, but luckily everything worked out for us. The apartment was mainly in great condition and exceeded our expectations for a 710 square foot apartment. It's very spacious, for what it is! So overall, yes I do recommend this place. You will have roaches and fleas inside your apartment within one month of moving in. Every neighbor I have talked to has gotten fleas from the common areas and the abundance of dogs. Roaches constantly roam the halls and I have had 4 inside my bathroom. Dog waste is not picked up by the majority of residents, and the waste receptacles are few and far between. The smell of marijuana permeates the hallways. Neighbors are loud, and the apartments are not well built. I have had doors break inside my apartment and they still have not been properly fixed. Mold is also an issue, as there is not proper ventilation. Much of my wardrobe was ruined by mold. Amenities are constantly closed. Spa has been closed for more than 30 of the days I have lived here. Elevators go out of service. Concierge isn't 24 hours and they go home often, preventing you from picking up mail. Office staff is rude. Concierge expects tips for giving you your package. I cannot say this strongly enough, AVOID THIS PLACE.

Hallway coming into the building wasn't swept and mopped for over a month, just disgusting!!! AND, 3 months after we had moved in, in 2024, my car was stolen from right out front!!! The parking is decent and we never struggled to find a spot. 3. Bri (the barista at the coffee bar) is a true gem! She is amazing and so kind! However, the list of cons sadly outweighs the pros. We lived in Solstice in a 2 bed, 2 bath from late 2023-Early 2025. We were first sold by the location and a great salesperson. The amenities looked new and seemed great. Fast forward to move in. The apartment complex took a turn! Firstly, the unit we received was in need of repairs from the moment we moved in. Many broken cabinets, knobs etc. When requests were put into maintenance they were sometimes addressed, however sometimes marked as addressed when no one came. The gym, although full of many machines, had some of the worst clientele we have experienced. People would regularly yell, grunt, drop heavy weights, and play loud music during all hours of the day. The hot tub area was out of commission for the majority of our time living their. It was down for at least 6-7 months. When asked when it would be fixed the staff never had an answer. When it finally did reopen, we used the facility but ended up getting severe skin irritation from the HEAVY use of chlorine!! It was so bad we bought chlorine test strips and found that the hot tub had extremely dangerous high levels! In addition, the golf simulator was often broken as well. This complex has more dog poo then anywhere we have EVER lived! Be careful where you walk, their will be dog poop. The complex says it will punish residents but never did. We regularly found poop (weekly) in stairwells, hall, and elevators as well as outside. For safety, many of the doors leading into the buildings would often break and could take weeks (or even over a month to fix!). After about a year living in the facility our electronic lock to our apt door was randomly shut off with no warning. We had to call emergency maintenance to be let in in the middle of the night after travel. When we visited the office the next morning, we were informed they just sometimes "turn off" the locks after a year "regardless" of lease length. For reference, we had a 14-month lease so this was super weird they wouldn't have programmed the key fob to change at the end date of our lease. Lastly, building leakage was an issue! Our windows leaked constantly, and it took MONTHS for maintenance to address. The leakage got so bad they ended up moving four apartments in our building for a months long construction to repair! Even throughout this we were met with construction sounds for months and still leakage in our apartment. This led to tons of mold throughout our apartment which made us very sick. Since moving we have felt so much better, as we are now away from the mold. We also began to wonder if the pipes had mold as our water began to taste weird with the construction. When requested to change filters in our fridge, the maintenance dept "did not know how", so just left it. The staff had much turnover during our time, and was not the most informative or helpful when asked questions. In addition, they held contests rewarding those who left 5-Star reviews with raffle entries. So some reviews may be deceiving. Although location was good, I can't say we would recommend Solstice.

The apartments all have some sort of damage to them and it's your job as the person moving in to spot those damages because the staff won't. they will be rude to you, talk down to you, and In their minds they will never be wrong, But if you were just moving in you would think they were selling paradise. Firstly the apartments are not kept and maintenance has to be called more than 4 times in order for you to get a response. Make sure you keep all documentations of contact written and verbal because they will inform you that you are lying. We had 4 issues, Water heater, issues with them entering my apartment and throwing items in the shower, and the fact that my partner was accused of stealing. The issue of the water leaking all over the bathrooms. Lets not forget to mention they let solicitors knock at your door at all hours. A neighbor left their phone outside and my partner picked it up so it was not stolen. They knocked on my door and informed us that we stole the neighbors phone and to keep it quiet and if we returned it that the neighbor would never know. We calmly tried to explain the situation and asked as to why we were accused and they informed because they saw this in camera and the neighbor was highly upset. The issue with the water heater we called, multiple times as it was quite scary to hear it pop multiple times. We even called the emergency line and left 2 emails as this originally took them close to 2 months to address. We were then informed that we never called and if we had the proof to send it. (which I did and have email trails and correspondence to back all claims). I suffer from PTSD and actually explained to the complex about this as people randomly knocking or entering the apartment can startle myself. They entered the apartment and left dust and some of MY items thrown in the shower. When this was raised to their attention and the pictures were sent to the emails, there was no response. She only stated" well he would not have been in there as it was not his job" Mind you, they have not once showed any customer service other than the young girl who gave us the lease back in 2017. This has been almost 2 years of back and forth. My partner and I work most of the time and are not home. The neighbors do not care at what hours they throw things, stomp or yell and I complained about this and was told nothing. I also have a verification and I spoke with the manager today who non nonchalantly lied to a landlord informing we had pets. The last time this place inspected my apartment was sept 2018 and trust me the fact that I see pest control is amazing that guys is the only person who cares. They at first stated I had a dog (with no proof or documentation) then they state that I have a bird (again no proof or documentation) When I asked why they would lie about this when they have not inspected my apartment she stated "We are not going to fix it" and I asked so you are telling me you are legally lying? Her literal answer was "Yes" I have this recorded and in writing. They will also walk into your apartment and state that you are "Dirty" I admit and can show in photos I had a bold and a couple of cups in my sink and was called dirty. The windows on the apartments do not lock and they do not work, most of the blinds don't have the sticks or anything and make sure to take photos when you move in TRUST ME. Trust me when I tell you, if you do not mind any of the above then it def is worth the price. The apartment itself was spacious for a 2 bedroom and it was reasonably priced. They have cameras which is also a good safety feature. I never went to their pool but always looked maintained. As far as staff they are not kind, rude and careless. I speak Spanish but they failed to realize that in the beginning and decided to speak about me while standing there. Not professional, not caring and not a way to run a property and I work with many in my profession. I have constantly asked for higher management but they refuse it so don't bother.
