Unfortunately, I did not have a good visit here. Didn't get the hair color I wanted. She was rushing my hair, didn't communicate with me, would work for 5 mins then leave and go do her own hair or talk. I scheduled an appointment with her but another gal ended up doing most of the work. On top of that, she was very aggressive when working on my hair and was stabbing my scalp. She wasn't paying attention so much that when I got into the chair and had my hair DRY, she decided to put another toner layer because she was elsewhere when the gal was asking her! THEN, I got an allergic reaction and she tried to blame me, of course after I told her I never had other services. How would I know my skin is sensitive? She was also complaining a lot that she was tired and didn't have energy. Too expensive for this treatment. read more

I LOOKED AMAZING! I booked with Alyssa and came in to get ready for my graduation. I got a wash, cut, blowout, style, and she pinned my cap on! It all took an hour only, it costed 75$. #1 my hair is curly and kinda voluminous, its very frizzy and I have troubled maintaining it. For someone with thin hair it can get BIG. It was NOT an issue for her, she got it washed and taken care of easily. #2 I asked for choppy layers, a lot of them. I told her I was told I couldn't get anymore than I already had from a different stylist without taking off a lot of length. She said nah it wont be a problem AND IT WASNT! I wish I got a picture of my layers before she styled it but they looked amazing and I had so many! And my hair was still super long! ITS WHAT I WANTEDDDDDD! #3 when she blew out my hair there was NO frizz. My hair is frizzy and whenever I blowout or straighten my own hair it's never like smooth. I DIDNT SEE ANY AT ALL IT WAS PRACTICALLY SILKY! She showed me the products she used too when I asked her and the hair spray and everything SHE LET ME KNOW‼‼ #4 Before I got my hair curled I told her it doesnt keep a curl well when I try and curl it. She said no problem we'll just use a smaller wand. I was like okaaayyyy and hoped it would last AND IT DID. IT LASTED 'TILL 9:43 PM THE NEXT DAY AS IM WRITING THIS. I DIDNT BRUSH MY HAIR AT ALL AND IT LOOKED ALMOST THE SAME! #5 She pinned my cap on! That's just a nice service they allow, it's nice to have it on professionally because the cap is always so ugly. She went to the same school I graduated from and she made sure the cap wouldn't break any rules. They were strict after all and I looked great!!!! For how ugly it is she saved my life #6 My sister came in a little late to pay, and that wasn't an issue for her! She was super nice and understanding! #7 THE BLOWOUT AND CURLS LASTED THE NEXT DAY! I STILL LOOK GREAT! It's super convenient because its a special holiday, Eid! So i looked good AGAIN! I slept on my hair, no preservation at all, after my graduation until 4 PM THE NEXT DAY until Eid and I woke up GLORIOUS. I DIDNT HAVE TO BRUSH MY HAIR AT ALL IT WAS PRISTINE. I put it in a claw clip, I pinned it back, I even put water on top for wuduu so I can pray, and it stayed perfect!!! WOOHOO!!! In the end I had a lot of problems with my hair she took care of in a second. I've never LOOKED BETTER IM STILL SO HAPPY I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW!!! They were recommended to me by my older sister who got her hair done here a long while ago and they're still amazing! She has super thick hair and they were able to take care of it the best she's ever seen, she got her hair dyed and a blowout, and she looked great! The place is also very nice and warming.
