We ended up buying beautiful handmade earrings and absolutely love them!! Gosh I already forgot the guy's name who helped us but he was so welcoming and kind! Told us a bunch about the different jewelry and how they stock the store and some family history. He gave my son a quarter for the gum ball machine without hesitating and also let him pick out a few rocks as souvenirs and refused to charge me for it. If you're driving through, stop by and check this place out! Will not be disappointed and will leave with one of a kind souvenir (the best kind!).

There was a particular t-shirt I saw on display but was having a hard time finding it. I looked for it at all the gift shops including this one with no luck. One the last night we decided to at least take another look here after we had eaten in the food court. There was no one else there but the lady behind the counter stopped her close out and asked if we needed any help. We ended up looking and Austin, the manager came out and again asked if we needed help-or wanted to try any of the fudge they make on-site. Free fudge samples? Why not? We got to try a bunch and found out Austin made it himself. We went with a cherry one and when he asked if there was anything else he could help with I was reminded about the t-shirt. He followed me out of the store so I could show him the shirt. He recognized it and knew where it was immediately-turns out it was the back of the shirt and helped me find it. By the time everything was finished it was already past closing time but we weren't rushed out.

Usually it'll be a pin specifically from that destination. I also grab a few postcards to send to loved ones. This gift shop is open daily however the entire North Rim only operates mid May to Oct due to snow. You can find all your typical gift shop goodies such as art, books, crafts, souvenirs, clothing, snacks, etc. Great little shop located directly right in front of the lodge.
