They claimed they wouldn't wash if paint was coming off, yet continued anyway, causing damage to my windows, awning, and even roof shingles. When I contacted Merida to resolve things, she was rude, dismissive, and blamed everything on me, despite photo evidence. I had placed a stop payment on my check hoping we could work things out, but Merida cashed it anyway while still refusing responsibility. I ended up spending hundreds to repair the damage.
