There are daily specials and it was Wednesday, so we got the parmigian for $10. This was basically the chicken schnitzel which is the special the day before..hmmm Ordered a cider and waited for the food and watched the game. The buzzer went off within minutes and the plate was huge. There was salad, a good amount of chips and a huge heart shaped chicken parmigian with cheese and bacon on top. You can top it off with gravy at the cutlery station. The meat was a bit tough to cut but overall pretty tasty. Was stuffed afterwards. Cheap food, basketball and cider, can't really go wrong with that combination!

Awesome new eatery upstairs including full renovations on surrounding balcony as well as food standards & quality ...... if you want to hit the next level then I'm afraid you have to crave it first and then be happy to pay that price. So a vegetarian burger can be more expensive than the meat/fish/chicken option which is ludicrous. The food is OK. The service is OK. Wine by the glass is expensive. Well, it certainly stands out from the other pubs in the area, namely because it is basically a bar, and a pretty unpretentious one at that. Atmosphere - Got here late with no reservations. 2 floor restaurant, bathrooms upstairs. Ground floor is for walk-ins, upstairs is for reservations. Got seating in the corner next to the steps. After realizing that was a really bad location due to the traffic, I had the waiter move us. Indoor/outdoor seating available, too cold tonight to sit outside. Bar seating is also available. Open 6 days a week from noon to 11:30pm; Saturdays from 5 to 11:30pm and closed Sunday. Service - Hit and miss, overall good. Server was NOT very helpful but the good news is that the manager started helping him and service improved. Price - $70AUD, $47US expensive for what we felt we got. Overall, the quality of food was good but the service could have been better. The manager was better than the server. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2012 and your 4 businesses.
