The space was large and tables were arranged with enough space for people to pass each other without elbowing each other. Rocks were displayed in bowls, trays, stands, and directly on the table. They had a large selection of small pieces of stone that were polished, a moderate amount of smallish sized specimen pieces - hand-sized or smaller, a small selection of stone jewelry pieces, and a surprisingly large number of large stones intricately carved. I'm sitting to the stone inventory they had a space in the back devoted to an ample diversity of witchy items such as tarot cards and books, incense, candles, essential oils, decorative items, and they were all arranged in a very logical fashion. While checking out at the register I found staff to be friendly and open to idle conversation. I was disappointed that there was no rough material that I could do lapidary work with and the small pieces of stone that had potential for being worked had been covered in resin. The prices were the most concerning to me was the prices. Prices were 2 to 3 times of what I believe to be reasonable or have found at other established stores in the Seattle area. For example, a child was fascinated with a small figure carved from a piece of black material, either obsidian or black onyx and it was about the size of a quail egg. It was priced at $30 - very shocking to me as the figures can be purchased for $10-$15 elsewhere. I purchased three items - a very small piece of copper in matrix (covered in resin), a small knife made of a piece of agate that was knapped into a point and bound to a small piece of antler, and a deck of used tarot cards (no box or booklet, just the cards bound by rubber bands); altogether I paid $60. I learned at the register that this store is one of many locations, the first in Washington with the others in Michigan and Florida. So, this business is part of a franchise and has been placed in a community that is experiencing growth and increased economic activity directly fueled by an Amazon distribution center at the edge of town. I will not be visiting this store again and I would not recommend it to others.

I've been hearing that name circling lately in conversations, so my friend and I took the opportunity to immediately go check it out. It's located in Seminole Heights around some of my other favorite small businesses. Parking was easy on the street, but they also have a lot behind the store. The shop was clean and airy and inviting, and I was shocked by how many great products they sold. I love that they are zero waste and you can bring in your own containers. I'll be sure to check out their detergent, soaps and shampoo bar once I've used up my current products. I did pick up a clay face mask that I can't wait to try. It was a little bit on the pricier side at $25, but I liked the simple ingredients and wanted to support this great store concept. Also, they had a really cute area with their oils where you can make your own perfume ($29.99) or fill your own car freshener vials. I'll definitely be bringing friends back to do that together. I love this concept and their associate at the register was super friendly and helpful even throughout my many excited questions. What a great experience!

The shop is super open, calming, and beautifully organized, and it immediately gave off the kind of vibe that makes you want to slow down and look at everything. They had such a wide range of products like body wash, natural toothpaste, face masks, candles, handmade soaps, and more. Everything is either refillable or handmade, and the ingredients were super clean, which I really appreciate. You can tell a lot of thought goes into what they stock. It didn't feel like just another store; it felt like someone's passion project. When we went to check out, the person at the counter (I think he was the owner) was so genuinely warm and welcoming. He asked if it was our first time in and took the time to walk us through how the store works and what they're all about. No pressure, no upselling, just someone who really cares about what he's doing and wants you to feel comfortable. It honestly made the experience even better, and I left feeling like I wanted to tell everyone about it. If you're in the area, even if you don't need anything, go check it out. Places like this deserve support not just for the amazing products, but for the people behind them.

When I say "everything" I mean it...books, fairy clothing, tarot decks, amazing original artwork, bags, hats, wall hangings, candleholders, staffs, pouches, rocks & crystals, potions, wands, you name it! AND... everything is reasonably priced...a very rare thing in a metaphysical store. The atmosphere is SO chill and inviting. There is a great sitting room in the back for relaxing with a book or two for a bit. The backyard (they have open rituals and other events back there) is like some kind of peaceful fairy wonderland. They are jam packed with all the Catholic paraphernalia, perfect for religious gifts. Staff is very nice and helpful. Prices are very reasonable for a brick and mortar shop. I will say that I don't know what the turnover of goods are, but some of the stuff looked a little dusty, and some of the boxes containing the items were a little worn or out of shape.
