My children were most excited about the cannoli cart that they had pictured on their advertisements throughout the Kalahari Resort, so we were very disappointed when we were told they were sold out. I know you are paying for the convenience of staying on property, but I'm not certain the food quality is worth the $. The ambiance of the restaurant felt a bit contrived. There was frank sinatra and Italian opera blasting through the speakers. Instead of feeling authentic, it felt forced and contrived. Despite the holdup on the garlic bread, the server was very attentive and took great care of our family. She was amazing on refills of drinks and always checking in to let us know the status of food, etc.

What caught my attention is the alfajores and I had to ask if they are Colombian or Peruvian. They told me the owner is from Mexico. Everything seems to be fresh and they have weekly flavors.
