It was 9 am in the morning. When I confronted her, she accused me not putting "do not disturb " sign on the door. I was more shocked with her attitude and accusation. Although we knew that there was only one bathroom to be shared on our floor when we made our reservations, there was no problem with availability and we had a sink in our room. The shower was antique so water pressure was as strong as expected for fixtures that old. The only issue we had was the smell and scratchiness of the towels and wash cloths. It was almost as if they hadn't been washed between guests. The soaps seemed old and were pretty used up.

When we arrived to check in, the front desk associate was busy stocking shelves and paid no attention to us. He then stopped to have a conversation with another staff member while we waited. Great location and very walkable in the neighborhood. Cons: The room was... alright. I've stayed in many Aloft properties so I know what to expect (it's a limited service brand and that's fine!) The shower didn't have great water pressure, nor was there anywhere to put my own products (provided shampoo, body wash and conditioner in dispensers on the wall). Thankfully it was a quick stay, but not sure I would have been able to give my hair a good wash in this. The AC blew right on my bed. If I had it off, the room was stuffy. But blowing on me directly was uncomfortable, too. Net net, it served the purpose, but I didn't love it.
