One time I purchased a 50$ gift card and was told that even if I lost the flimsy little paper the credit is written on, my name is on the system and it can be looked up. Months passed and when I went in the store after losing the gift card (again it's on paper) they said it was never a thing that they look up gift card by name. I won't ever go back after these interactions. Yes their selection is nice but it's overpriced and a rip off of someone else's culture or religion.

I would say that the down side is that it is pricey both the store and the classes. However it is nice they offer a 15% discount in the store if you take a class. The flip side of that is the beverages offered are not included in the price of the class. If you're looking for something crafty and beautiful this is your studio.
