She asked if it would be okay to move the delivery to Saturday, when they'd have extra help available, and also asked whether they could make a few substitutions if certain flowers weren't in stock. The arrangement turned out beautiful and very close to what I originally ordered. I really appreciated the communication, flexibility, and extra effort to make the delivery happen on short notice for the busiest holiday of the year. Sitting there on your phone not paying attention and seeming annoyed by a customer is not a way to sell products. As a rock collector I was excited to add to my collection especially since I drove two hours to visit this particular store and am extremely let down by the experience I just had. You never know what someone is going through or how they might have just been looking forward to visiting your shop then to be treated so poorly just really messes up the whole day. They've got benches and card mats in the back :) so get your Black Lotus on. There's something here for everyone and if you're having trouble the staff will gladly assist! A bit too cool for downtown Blue Ridge, honestly, but I'm really glad it's here. Hopefully it becomes a permanent fixture to the area as the town expands and generates more tourism, it would suck to see a place as cool as this go out of business because of a lack of traffic, which I'm afraid of!

LISTEN UP! SUE is the best!…read more I was in town for weekend getaway with my college friends and this pitstop was by far my favorite time all weekend. We went in and there are tons of sales 50% of certain racks then the whole store with 20% off. What a deal. The store was beautiful with such exquisite clothing and great selection of cowboy boots and hats. I opted out for cute socks and a friend got 100% silk scarf. A third friend wasn't a t-shit but they didn't have her size on the floor but not to worry Sue went to the back room twice to find the size she wanted. The customer service was great and helpful, they gave us tips for our next time in town and when to come back. Also this place does local events - from what I was told. Sounds like a good time and which I could be there during the weekdays.
