The $300 part I purchased from this dealership was junk and the "attempt" to get it covered by warranty was a joke. This should have never even been a warranty issue, it was clearly an issue with the part from the manufacturer, and I provided more than enough proof of that. I was told that I caused the issue, comments were made to me that suggested I was trying to get something for nothing and when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way the situation was being handled, I was called rude and disrespectful. On 5/20/2026 I received an email advising I had 3 days to pick up the part (or arrange for it to be shipped back to me at my expense) or it would be disposed of so that it would no longer be in their way. To top all this off, I just received a call from "John", who may or may not be the owner, but he couldn't be bothered to get involved with my issue until now. He only called today 5/22/26 after I picked up the part to tell me that he did not appreciate my yelp review and then he literally called me a liar! WOW. The nerve. What good did John think this would do?? This place is HORRIBLE... I cannot stress enough that you should BEWARE. *I am currently receiving assistance from another dealership, who agrees this was not handled properly.

When I checked the next morning to verify my application had been received, they had already sold the truck to someone else. They wasted my time. I cannot recommend this dealership anymore.
