Our son has been going to stepping stones for over a month now, and we love it. The staff is really nice, I think her name is Emily, the manager in the front office, she was really nice when we came to check things out and register. My son seems to be well cared for there. They provide all the food/snacks/formula/milk. And it is anywhere from $18-30 a day, depending on how long your child will be there and how old they are. The teachers in his class are SUPER Nice! Melissa looked really young at first, to be a day care teacher, but the minute I saw her in action with the kids, I was really impressed how much she seems to enjoy the kids and how experienced she is. All the teachers there are so great, so far everyone is really nice and helpful. You just need to add your child to the schedule at least 24 hours before you need to bring them, THEY GET FULL FAST! That's the only thing, they are getting strict about schedules (UNDERSTANDABLE) they need to make sure to have enough teachers for each class. Don't take it from me, check it out for yourself. they offer a camera system, you can sign up and watch your child live from your phone. The security is amazing, you have to be finger printed in order to access past the lobby. I'm very happy we found this place!

There's was a child with so much snot coming out of his poor little nose. There needs to be a rule if a child has a runny nose cough or anything they need to be sent home in my opinion. The billing lady is super nice and told me a lot of things I didn't know about when to ween my son of the bottle or pacifier. Thanks to her my son no longer takes a pacifier. Only the bottle. Really wish they had cameras for parents especially if you drop them in over night. It would be nice to check on our children while we're at work. The prices are good in my opinion it's not expensive. Even though I was only doing 3 days. I do think after every night the place needs to be disinfected. And regularly wash kids hands and stuff. But yeah that's all thanks!

Concerns Regarding Enrollment Experience…read more Good evening, My name is Guadalupe Lopez, and I am the mother of three wonderful boys. My husband and I recently scheduled an interview and tour with Selena, the representative assisting us with the enrollment process. Unfortunately, our experience throughout this process was very uncomfortable and concerning. Selena appeared to be extremely disorganized. On one occasion, she scheduled an orientation for us, but when we arrived, the front desk informed us that nothing had been scheduled for that day. When we contacted Selena for clarification, she denied ever making the appointment. This was frustrating and confusing -- we would not have gone through the effort of getting our boys ready and driving over without having been told to do so. Additionally, Sylina misplaced our enrollment paperwork not once, but twice. She initially asked us to complete the full packet even before a formal interview or walkthrough had taken place. After losing the first set of paperwork, we resubmitted it -- only for it to be lost again. On the third attempt, (I've added an attachment) she gave us someone else's paperwork entirely. She was not apologetic and could not locate any of our information, including our children's details. This raised serious red flags for us. If she is misplacing sensitive information -- including social security numbers and contact details -- and handing out other families' documents, it raises major concerns about the handling of confidential records and overall professionalism. Furthermore, her unwillingness to take accountability for missed appointments and administrative errors left us deeply uncomfortable. Because of this experience, we have decided not to enroll our children in the school. I booked Nannies & Housekeepers USA thru the Aria hotel where I was staying and could not have been happier. Shelae H. was our sitter and she really went the extra mile to make my daughter feel comfortable. My daughter does not like missing out on the fun and being with sitters and we have not even found a sitter in our home area that we liked as much as Shelae! She arrived early and waited on the landing area near the elevators then knocked on our hotel room door exactly on time, went over the important details (bedtime, allergies, my rules, etc.) She brought several games and toys for my daughter to play with and did not seem rushed to put my daughter to bed since I said she could stay up late while on vacation. When I arrived at the end of the evening Shelae told me briefly that things went well but also included a detailed thank you note with all the details of what they did that evening. The service was a bit expensive for an evening out but honestly well worth it so that both my daughter & I could enjoy the best of Vegas! Highly pleased with the service and would use them again!!!
