After seeing the negative reviews below, I am not surprised that I came here to share my story. My son who is almost 2 now has been going to imagination station warm springs weekly since he was in the first stage room. Everything was great until 2019 came around, in the past 5 months I noticed that he has been coming home with major bumps/bruises, several bite marks that break his skin. I know that kids will be kids, and things will happen. But this seems like it's almost a daily basis, and there is really no explanation besides an incident report. Usually the incident reports just say iced or washed area. I feel like there are not enough staff for how many children they are watching. But I'm sure it's all about budget cutting and making the most money for the company by getting as many kids in as they can. While paying almost $700+ a month I expect more for sacrificing so much. At this point I'm actively looking for another daycare for my son.

My son was physically abused by one of the teacher and nothing was done

Amazing staff. Rooms sometimes smelled of urine, for the smaller children's classes but overall great place!

Ask the Community - Imagination Station Early Learning Center

Where is the corporate office and what is there number?

What are the rates for 2-day part-time and 2-day full-time?

2 day part time per child would be around $124-$140, while 2 day full time will be around $300-$375. You would need to make sure and confirm in person and on any paper you sign what part time or full time will mean. You can dictate ( within reason)…

Does the facility have video monitoring in rooms?

Yes, but parents will never be allowed to see any footage.

    Hi what are the rates?

Around $700 depending on how long they stay and how many days a week.

The teachers and staff were always caring, kind, and genuinely excited to see the kids. They also did such a great job making things fun. My girls still remember the foam parties, bounce houses, Trunk or Treat, Santa visits, and all the different taste-testing activities. There was always something special going on, and they made so many happy memories there. We always felt like our kids were safe, cared for, learning, and having fun. They entered kindergarten a step ahead and had an easy transition into elementary school. We are so thankful for our time at Coronado Prep and would definitely recommend it to other families.

They have become a second family. Mrs Jen and all the teachers have gone above and beyond my wildest dreams of a first school for my child. Mrs Corie has been incredible and from day one my daughter gravitated towards her. We have had Mrs Summer and Mrs Maria for two years now and they couldn't be better. They have been much more than teachers to us. We have gone thru some difficult times and their exact words to me I'll never forget were "we are your family now ".. This isn't just my daughter's school, this is a part of her young life that has helped mold her into a confident, bright and happy child. It's a school full of warmth and so much love. Sending my daughter to Coronado Prep Preschool was the best decision I could've made in not only her education, but in return we gained another family.. They are all INCREDIBLE.

My intention is to…read morenot harm their business, but to raise awareness of the situation and reputation of this school. I have waited two years after withdrawing my toddler to make this review. I am a hairstylist in the area and I have spoken to a lot of other Mom's who have had similar experiences as I did. I won't go into the details but the owner of this place is an extremely unprofessional and an unpleasant person. Three of my clients and my coworker have had negative experiences here. Some ending in withdrawing also. The owner is disrespectful and aggressive with the parents. She has lots of personal issues that she involves her employees in. The girls that worked there were very nice, but I could see there was tension and strict inconsistent verbal abuse from the owner. If she is the owner, then her actions and attitude are a representation of the integrity of her establishment. I withdrew my child properly and waited the two weeks. But I would not go back. Although, my toddler loved her teachers there. They do not provide lunch for the kids and charge more than most daycares around. We have been at a daycare close to this one for two years now and we are so very happy. They are like family.

I'm a teacher and was planning on teaching summer school this year and therefore needed a daycare…read morefor my two year old. I called in the middle of April to see if there were openings so I could let the principal know whether or not I was available to work. They told me there were several openings however I was required to tour the facility no more than thirty days prior to her attending. Ok, even thirty days before was annoying bc my work needed an answer but whatever. So I showed up May 3, (a little less than thirty days) for my tour. The lady at the front said she tried to call me to let me know the owner decided she would no longer hold spots for people regardless of paying registration fee. Ummm what?! How is anyone supposed to start a job if they don't have daycare lined up??? The front desk lady said I can call a day or two before I have to start working to see if there's a spot or not. That is absolutely horrible to put a working parent in that kind of position. But the front desk lady let me know the owner didn't want to save my spot for thirty days because she didn't want to loose out on money if another child wanted to attend this month while she saved my spot. Ok whatever since money is so important and not customer service I'll look elsewhere. I've never heard of a daycare not holding ur spot with a paid registration fee. Even when I was pregnant we put the registration fee down at a different daycare facility months before even having the baby so she was guaranteed a spot so I could work. Response to owner: 1. I know you're very concerned about the daycare my child was in so just to inform you, they were full in July but did pre-register her for August (that means they're holding her spot from May-August)! 2. I wasn't told I could call weeks before to see if there were spots, the lady said a few days before. Besides, with your horrible policy who cares if I called "weeks" before clearly you wouldn't reserve a spot and all spots could've been gone the next day regardless according to you. 3. Shouldn't have wasted my time to even look at your school if it was already full-- hence me calling prior to tour. Maybe you will have less "teachers kids" in the summer due to summer break and you could've made a profit off of my child attending. Oh well overall it's best my child doesn't go there, it's clearly just a business.
