Pat came out and explained everything to us. Within a week they started work and finished the entire roof replacement in a day and a half. The crew did a nice job and they cleaned up all of the debris. We got multiple estimates but chose Franciscus because we were confident with Pat. He was at the house a lot during the install making sure the project got completed the right way and on time. We appreciate everything.

Franciscus warranty agreement states they cover labor and workmanship for 10 years. I was told they could send a tech out in 3 weeks, $500.00 Service call! Alternative offered was to refer to a local contractor who could come out sooner and at less of charge. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this group. They do not stand behind their products or warranty.

Mr. Haun and his crew are terrible at what they do. When mistakes are pointed out...he walks off…read morethe job and steals the remaining material so that you are unable to complete the job. My bathroom and living/dining room combo was left unusable for 8 months. They installed the wrong window...reversed cold/hot on both shower/sink...installed floor/tile incorrectly...installed electrical outlets incorrectly. He only includes a portion of the work on the initial estimate so that he can claim the rest as a change order and demand an additional payment. I attempted to recoup my losses legally but several attorneys advised that it would be too costly and wasteful since Mr. Haun is known to file bankruptcy.
