To their credit they sent somebody to get the glass out. But they didn't have a latch and said they would be back the next day. Since then (Mayish), we have called at least twice a week. If we get a call back or they do answer, they have to research it. This has gone on for months and is not acceptable.

I had no reason not to trust them,but then I got screwed in a major way. I ended up paying $860 for a small windshield. When I called the lady who answers the phone Laura Espinoza, she was extremely rude, condescending, and told me I was an idiot. He will not pass them along. Since I'm giving recommendations, I would recommend getting another insurance company other than AAA, very sad over 9700$ is paid into fixing the vehicle, getting it back without it running properly.
